It was quick and easy. A lady took Eevee's information and weighed her. She was very friendly and helped us get the best option for her. The assistant was also friendly, the vet was quick and gave Eevee the once over and then she received her shot. All went well. Wish they were less expensive.

I like going now after COVID because now they are much more organized. You need an appt, so no more waiting on line for hrs!! Only other improvement needed now would be if their Vets were a bit more nicer. Very cut throat. I hate that! Can you at least show some personality & a smile! Show that I’m more than just a number walking in with my pet. I’m there because of your affordable but can at least crack a smile?
