I had a very challenging request for very specific cargo needs for my dog crates Donnie L was my sales person. He went above and beyond to help us with the cargo requirements. Love my new kona sel sport I got from Burdick hyundai at driver's village, Donnie made it easy and was a great help to me with my busy workschedule. He helped me with the appraisal of my hyundai venue limited and trade in, let me test drive a couple version of the new car and had a nice layed back approach(which i appreciated cause car dealerships are known for being a stressful venture and trying to force sales. Donnie was friendly and courteous and went over everything to make sure I understood what I was getting and the cost, he worked hard to get me the price I was looking for and a payment I can afford. He is a credit to the company and I hope they take care of him. I would buy my next car here just knowing he would be there to help. This, having been only the second time I purchased a vehicle by myself and me being 77 yrs of age, I was grateful that I was paired up with the nicest young man named George Delia! In my opInion , buying a vehicle is stressful anyways but George was the most patient I could've ever hoped for. His expertise was sufficient for all my questions and he walked me through the process like a gentleman. This was our second time purchasing here and was so excited that our sales lady Victoria was still here our 2nd trip!

I had an excellent experience as always with my vehicle purchase (lease) process with the folks at Hyundai of Cicero. Two former co-workers of mine when I briefly worked at Burdick Hyundai back in 2017 were extremely helpful in generating my newest deal with the dealership yesterday afternoon (three year lease on a 2026 Hyundai Elantra Limited). Sales manager Dave Alexander and former sales associate Tim Brauchle were the two former coworkers of mine who were extremely helpful in my latest Hyundai vehicle transaction. I’ve been leasing vehicles through Tim for the past 9 years and he remains an excellent resource when purchasing or leasing a vehicle. He’s excellent with his customers. Dave as well. Once I made the deal with both Dave and Tim, I was then introduced to current auto salesman George Delia. We recently bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited from Burdick Hyundai in Driver’s Village. We were greeted by Victoria Cerullo who patiently answered all our questions about the new Tucson. She thoroughly explained all the safety and technology features and took her time to show us how Apple Car Play works. Also, we were happy to see that Hyundai listened to consumers and put a spare tire instead of a tire-repair kit in the 2026 Tucsons. This is our second Hyundai so we’re familiar with the fantastic 10-year new car warranty and the excellent service we’ve received at Burdick Hyundai in the past.

We were never pressured into making a decision and the buying process was smooth and transparent. We did our research and knew what we should pay for the car and what to expect for our trade. It took us less than 15 minutes to make a deal; it was so quick & painless!

I went to Burdick Hyundai for our latest car (as a birthday gift for my wife). Starting from the online portal the process was very intuitive and hassle free. Next day, things got even better when we met Victoria. The sales staff are amazing here. Our salesperson Donnie Littlebrant was very attentive and listened to us when we told him what features we wanted on our new car. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction and was not pushy at all.

Brian the finance manager was also very friendly and came out to check with us to make sure we were satisfied with the deal we received.

They did not play the games that a lot of car dealerships do.

It was a relaxing atmosphere and a real pleasure to purchase a car from them.

This was my first time going to this dealership. It was very refreshing to not have a pushy salesman. I had the pleasure of working with George and his sales manager Phil. They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from which is great! If you have any questions, they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and if they don't know the answer, they will find the answer. Approx a month ago we purchased a '25 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. Eric was extremely helpful in a selection based on our requirements. The deal and transfers were painless. We feel we made a good deal and got a fair trade-in price. Eric made it all go smoothly. There is a learning curve with the Tucson with all the driving assists, new navigation, etc
There are a lot of U-tube videos to watch and learn from and Burdock is also available. After 1700 miles we are getting 35.3 mpg. Very nice ride and plenty of amenities. Would recommend Hyundai and Burdick.

I worked with Eric Calkin at Burdick Hyundai and it was without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.

I totaled my Mazda cx5 in early January and walked into burdick hyundai without making an appointment. In less than a minute, Eric came over and introduced himself and shook my hand and asked me how he could help me.

Eric was a wealth of knowledge and a breeze to work with. He took the time to gather MY needs, goals and preferences and within minutes showed me options that I was interested in. I had no plans of actually purchasing a vehicle the day I walked in. I wanted to gather information and take my time to make sure I was making a decision that was best for me.

However, Eric made the process so simple and easy and most importantly, I trusted him. For this reason, he earned my business THAT DAY and I picked the vehicle up 2-3 days later.
