Dr. Muneeb Choudry is a board-certified Medical Oncologist with 20 years of experience treating all cancer types. He holds special interest in lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, melanoma and urologic malignancies along with chronic leukemias, lymphomas, multiple myeloma and… Dr. Muneeb Choudry is a board-certified Medical Oncologist with 20 years of experience treating all cancer types. He holds special interest in lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, melanoma and urologic malignancies along with chronic leukemias, lymphomas, multiple myeloma and benign hematology. He grew up in the Bay Area and after undergraduate studies, attended medical school at St. George's University with clinical training at University College London, Oxford University, Cambridge University and UCSF-affiliated hospitals during his medical studies. He completed his Internal Medicine training at the University of Louisville Hospital, Kentucky and worked as a Hospitalist while serving at the Veterans Clinic at the Ireland Army Hospital at Fort Knox, Kentucky before completing his fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Brown Cancer Center at the University of Louisville. He then joined Norton Cancer Institute, a large non-profit multi-specialty Oncology practice, where he served as a Medical Oncologist providing inpatient and outpatient care in the fields of Hematology and Medical Oncology. In addition, Dr. Choudry participated in multiple clinical trials with a focus on lung cancer, for some of which he served as Primary Investigator. He also served as the President of the Medical Executive Committee of Norton Audubon Hospital along with being a member of the committee for over a decade.
