I called them on a Sunday morning around 9:30 and a human immediately answered the phone which is already a win these days. They connected to me Mark who was working on his schedule for the day. Mark promptly called and arranged to come by and check out my roof leak around noon. He quickly assessed the situation. He explained the work needed to be done, and provided a reasonable estimate.
Mark then came out the following morning at 10:30 to complete the repair. He arrived early and got right to work. He worked very hard and again took pictures to show everything that was done. He answered all my questions throughout the process and was very personable. I really appreciate how responsive the whole team was from start to finish. I absolutely recommend West Florida Roofing for your repairs and more! Absolutely will be using them again.

After a ChatGPT prompt, I narrowed down 3 roofing companies. By far, West Florida Roofing responded quickly and efficiently with scheduling Mark to come out and take a look. Mark was respectful, knowledgable, and a great communicator. I understood what cause it, how to fix it, and how long and how much it would cost. Mark scheduled me immediately after I signed the proposal. The repair was more extensive than originally estimated, but they explained it and it made sense to me. Mark did a great job.

West Florida Roofing was great to work with, especially when helping an elderly homeowner. Their team was patient, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain everything without rushing or pressure. That level of care really matters.

They also offer payment plan options, which was a huge help and made a large roofing project much more manageable on a fixed income. Overall, professional, understanding, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them.

My husband and I highly recommend West Florida Roofing. The people involved in this business are highly experienced and competent starting with “wonderful” Jennifer all the way up to the owner Joe. This company went out of there way to get this project done before we had people coming from the north. The installers were friendly, kept us in the loop and were exceptionally clean with the roof debris. Please do yourself a favor and hire West Florida Roofing.

West Florida Roofing did an absolutely amazing job on our home! From start to finish, the entire process was quick, smooth, and professional. Despite how fast the job was completed, the quality of work was top-notch — no corners were cut, and everything passed inspection with zero issues.

Joe, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He kept in constant communication, always making sure everything was on track and done right. His dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out, and his entire team was just as reliable and professional.

The pricing was also very fair — we were given a great quote that fit our budget without sacrificing quality. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience.

I would highly recommend West Florida Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. They exceeded our expectations in every way!

This is the absolute best roofing company to have acting as your liaison to your insurance company. They give you an honest storm damage inspection to see if you qualify for full insurance replacement and work with your insurance company every step of the way. Best yet, you never pay them out of pocket for any thing. They only get paid if they win your claim.

Donnie came out after a hail storm in my area and helped get us approved for a new roof, he was there for us every step of the way and went above and beyond in so many ways. I cannot recommend him enough, as he was there for us professionally and personally through some hard things we had to deal with along the way. Donnie was compassionate, caring. honest, and he was the only one who got us approved after we were denied from the last hail storm we had previously. Thank you Donnie!

After I learned many roofs in my neighborhood sustain damage of hail, I contact West Florida Roofing Co. to inspect my roof. Mr. Donnie came and checked the roof and took pictures that show the damage and explain to me the process. He kept me informed with every step. The workers damaged my gutters while installing the new roof, once I made a phone call to Donnie, the top management were in my property within an hour and within 3 days I have new gutters installed – not many companies would do this. I highly recommend West Florida roofing Co for fast, professional and quality work.

Like most people we had major damage to our roof from Hurricane Ian and needed to get a roof. We contacted West Coast and spoke with Joe. From the beginning Joe took his time and great care in getting us a roof as efficiently and quickly as he could. We had a roof on our house exactly 2 weeks after the hurricane. Everyone that we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, caring, understanding, and worked with us every step of the way. I have since recommended West Coast to several people and they also are so happy and impressed with West Coast. I highly recommended to whoever needs a roof, they are trustworthy and amazing!

I wanted a quote for my roof because I know cost are going up and wanted to know what the life was on my roof. Although I have not made a final decision on when to do the roof. West Coast Roofing was doing a roof for my neighbor. They are very knowledgeable, answered all questions and very kind. His experience in the business is very apparent. He did not try and push the sale. Very polite. Thank you West Coast Roofing for giving me faith that there are still good honest people out there.

What a great roof. My mom is older and needed a good, clean job and they delivered. Very pleased with West Coast Roofing crew. The communication was fantastic . I live out of state so this was difficult for me to trust anyone to work on her house. They sent pictures of the before during and after as it progressed.
I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
