Cannot say enough good things about this company. Used them to sell a property on a quick as-is basis. Price was fair and what I expected. Process was quick and closed sooner than I expected. Rich and Steph are super easy to work with and really seem to be an advocate in the process. The title company they set up were equally impressive. I would highly recommend them. Stephanie and Rich were great to work with and made the process simple and quick. I would suggest that the company have their inspection team come before anything is signed between parties. When you buy as is, and sign documents to buy with the owner and then he comes back and tells us he will walk away if we didn’t cover half of an expense is just wrong and unethical. Other than that all was great with the transaction.

Extremely sketchy "company" repeatedly cold contacted me via text to try and buy my home. This place definitely seems like an unsafe place to do business! They ask you what you want for your home, you tell them a price and then they get offended when they can't afford it!

I know exactly who you are, this is the 3rd time I have been cold contacted via text from your "business", I have told you the first 2 times not to contact me again, but you did. You clearly have no respect for people. Its perfectly fine if you can't afford to buy my property, but stop contacting me hoping for a lower price, you're embarrassing yourself!

Have been contacted multiple times, (postcards, texts, calls), by this company about properties that are not even in my name - they are in the name of a family member of mine, who has also continually been contacted by them, though neither of us wishes to sell any properties to these people. We have told various representatives of theirs over the years, including Adam and Zach, as well as Mr. Partin, to please not contact either of us, yet the contacts continue. Bradley, Adam, Zach, Rich - please do not contact us - we do not want to sell any of our properties to you and we do not wish to do business with your company!
This company offers insulting, lowball cash offers of pennies on the dollar hoping that people who are desperate will sell their properties to them - this is disgusting predatory behavior, made that much worse by the fact that their contacts are unsolicited, but as they are not realtors they do not need to follow the ethical solicitation rules that Realtors are obligated to follow. A sleazy operation full of con artists out to grab their quick buck while they can.
Reply to Mr. Partin's reply - You, as the business owner, should be very well aware of who I am and who my family member is, since you have reached out to both of us several times over the past few years, and continue to contact both of us despite both of us repeatedly telling you and your employees to please stop contacting us. I told Zach who my family member was when he called me a few days ago, as I instructed him to please check the Richland County Auditor's website and tell me who the actual owner was of the property about which your staff had contacted me, and Zach's response, once he saw who the property owner was and I began to explain how irritated both of us are with you due to this nonstop contact, was to hang up on me. I tried to call your office back at the listed office number, so I could tell your office manager to please remove us from your list, but I was sent to voicemail. You know darn well that we do not want to do any business with you, and trying to act like you are unaware of the situation is just laughable, honestly.

My wife Silva and I sold our home on Buckeye to Richland County Home buyers and not only was it stress free, easy, and much needed, I as a disabled Veteran was treated with utmost respect and dignity. I was not able to go to them and they always came to me, no questions asked. I would recommend them to everyone who is interested in making a sale. Stephanie and Rich were wonderful to us both. It was so simple to do this sale and the two of them were walking with us every step of the way, questions were honestly answered before we asked as this was our first ever sale, it could not have gone any better.

I’ve sold one property with RCHB and am in the process of selling another. Both Brad and Steph have been a real pleasure to work with from start to finish. Stephanie has been my main point of contact and she gives frequent updates and coordinates all things related to selling the house to include listing, showing and closing. Do NOT work with these people. They gave me a cash offer “as is” stating no closing costs. Then they wanted me to sign a document that had closing costs, wanting me to pay for a survey, wanted to do inspections, and some other fees. When I told them this needed to be corrected to reflect an actual as is cash offer they said “that is on another page”. When I told them they needed to have a certified cashiers check ready and I would sign closing documents they decided they couldn’t work with me. Of course not they had no intentions of doing a cash offer.
