cannot express enough how grateful my family and I are for the exceptional care, compassion, and support we received during such a difficult time. Losing a loved one and having to make arrangements can be overwhelming, especially when it is something you have never experienced before. From the very beginning, the staff treated us with kindness, patience, and understanding, which gave us a sense of comfort and reassurance when we needed it most.

This was the first time I had ever gone through a situation like this, and I honestly did not know what steps needed to be taken or what to expect. Angy took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and guide us through the entire process. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience much easier to manage by providing support every step of the way.

I would especially like to recognize Fabiola for her outstanding service and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was taken care of and that our family had everything we needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion made a tremendous difference during this difficult period.

What stood out most was how Fabiola made us feel like we were never alone throughout the process. She always seemed to be looking out for us, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and ensuring that our family’s needs were being met. Her caring attitude and attention to detail gave us confidence that our father was being honored with the dignity and respect he deserved.

Me and my family were able to think about and prosses our loss, while Laura handled the documentation for us. We were able to say our goodbyes for about 4 hours in their beautiful chapel, and not so little reception room that had coffee service for us.
The people that work at this place are great, always ready and willing to help with extra details you may want to add.

I would like to take a moment to thank every employee at Richardson and P. Funeral Home. From the first moment we walked in, the day my mom went to heaven, the saddest days of my life, we walked into this funeral home to arrange all the services. We were greeted with a kind and professional smile by Gerardo, Fabiola walked in to answer some of my questions and both of them were able to provide us with all the arrangements to make our mom’s celebration of life, perfect and beautiful. Following the day of the viewing, mass, rosary and celebration of life in the reception room, Laura, Fabiola and Ruben were present assisting and helping with everything, there was no moment when we felt we were alone. Thank you to such an amazing supportive group of individuals who are doing their job without realizing that at the darkest and saddest moment of my family’s life they provided us with comfort, peace of mind and reassurance that everything will be okay. And to the amazing lady who prepared mom for her viewing, Big Thank you, the make up and hair were perfect, I am sure mom was looking down from heaven happy to see herself so beautiful. Without forgetting the last but not least, Carlos, the assistant and driver who took mom’s casket to the cemetery, wonderful individual who assisted our family until the last moment, he was patient, kind and supportive. But our family received truly extraordinary service from Fabiola during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. During a difficult time with the loss of my mother we were able to find help at Richardson Peterson. From the moment the social worker referred me to Jasmine I knew I was at the right place. Laura was very kind and patient when we met in person and Sandy and Kaylenn were great in following up with us every step of the way. Everyone has been very knowledgeable in the process of consulate paperwork which my family was very grateful for. We were recommended by my brother in law and his family since they have had 2 family members services here, and I am very pleased with how everything turned out for my father's services. Sandy Escobedo, our coordinator was amazing. Such patience and empathy during a difficult time in our lives. We had my dad’s viewing and also did his mass here as well. I loved how helpful they were with my mom and myself getting everything ready for my dad. They made us feel like part of there family. Super grateful that I had the support and help from everyone here during the loss of my dad before and day of my dad's funeral service.
I'm beyond thankful for Jerry for being so patient, kind and understanding towards me and my family and checking in every time when there was a change or a question that needed answering.
They were so patient and so quick to finalize everything for us to lighten the load on us.
Any tiny question they would always answer and make sure to make me feel okay about asking.

Jerry was an amazing coordinator. He was patient, thorough, and beyond helpful during the entire process. The entire staff facilitated all of my needs and wants and ensured my mother was memorialized with dignity, honor, and respect.

Their prices were some of the most affordable around and even provided military discount. They did not try to push my family and I into going through them for everything, which I more than appreciated.

They overcommunicated and always answered my questions and concerns.

I can't recommend them enough.

My mom passed away suddenly and did not have funeral preparations set up. Richardson and Peterson got us in immediately to start the funeral process. Sandy was extremely patient and kind reviewing all the different options available. The prices were affordable and the service was beautiful. My mom would have loved it. All the staff at Richardson and Peterson were professional and empathetic during this very difficult time for us. Communication was amazing and it was easy to reach Sandy with questions. There aren't enough words to express the way we feel about Deco Family. From the moment we stepped thru their doors to plan my father's services, they treated us like family.
