It has been a lifetime since my family have known the legacy and family that is Forest Hill Real Estate. A decade ago was the first time that we asked them to find us a new home and sell ours. I cannot begin to describe how lucky my wife and I are to have found Valeriia Drahanova from Forest Hill Real Estate Yorkville (through the post on Instagram).

From the beginning of our cooperation till the signing of the lease agreement, we were entirely covered by Valeriia.
After understanding our requirements, budget, and desirable location, she gave us a list of suitable condos. When we chose interesting listings, Valeriia quickly arranged the showing, conveniently organizing the process so we did not have to spend much time on it.
She provided comprehensive support throughout the process, quickly and patiently answering our questions, helping with the necessary paperwork, and striving to help us showcase ourselves as best as possible.

Valeriia is a professional, knowledgeable, and diligent realtor who also provided us with mental support during the stressful process of finding and applying for a long-term rental, especially in a short timeframe.
