Mo & Billy are great! Mo maintained/serviced my HVAC twice, Billy once, both are exceptional at what they do; both are professional, kind and honest. I’m on the monthly planC, it is a very good value. I highly recommend Ponderosa.

I’m so glad to found Ponderosa Heating company to replace our Boiler. Moe is very patient and his knowledge of this field of work is excellent. Thank you to all the staff who worked hard to help us install our Boiler/Heating, Especially Laramie , Alex and Dominic. Highly recommend Ponderosa Heating Company to anyone who wants their heating & AC fixed or replaced. Our sister also get their AC& Heater replaced with Ponderosa company this week. A great experience with Ponderosa electrical. Their excellent and personable office staff, Mikayla and Jessica expedited our work request and their electricians, Chuck and Roger arrived soon after. All I can say is wow. Both of them are truly experienced professionals and great to work with. They immediately resolved a previously hard to find electrical short problem and then made improvements to our electrical panel and then installed a low voltage path lighting system.
Highly recommend Ponderosa Heating , Air, Plumbing, Electrical and their staff.

I recently used Ponderosa for my yearly HVAC check up. I chose Ponderosa over several highly rated HVAC companies in my area because they had the best prices and best membership deal. I originally spoke with Mikayla who patiently and thoroughly answered my question and set up my first appointment. They work 7 days a week, so Matt visited us on a Sunday at no extra charge. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. He advised us on what we could do to make our units more efficient, but didn't try to upsell us. I also had an opportunity to speak with the owner, Mo, regarding my membership and was very pleased with our interaction. I am now a loyal customer of Ponderosa.

From the first call to get an estimate to the completion of a new furnace install, Ponderosa was amazing. We were scheduled Same day for an estimate. MJ came out was on time , very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to explain the issues with our furnace and gave us options to repair or replace. He worked quickly to find the best option and got us scheduled for the next day install. Jerry came the next day to install. He too was on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He stepped us through the process, and explained everything after the install. They both answered all our questions and were very helpful. It’s hard to find good and reliable service that you can trust but we feel now we have a heating and cooling company for all future needs.
