Beautiful jewelry but rude sales staff. overheard employees saying derogatory comments about their guests. They should take a class on customer service. A girl handed a customer water, when another asked for some they said they ran out.

Lovely customer service. The representatives at this location were so nice and very helpful came shopping for the holidays, all the girls that Work. There were so nice and welcoming Alix was the one that helped me out she was so amazing she helped me style a few pieces my 3hr drive was worth it, Definitely coming back soon.

The Gorjana store at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga is not up to par with other locations I have visited. I went to this store to look at a necklace I was interested in purchasing. It was a weekday in the evening and the store had no other customers. I walked in and there were three women standing behind the counter having a conversation with one another. The entire time I was in there looking for the necklace, not one of them approached me, said hello, asked if I needed help, nothing. None of them even acknowledged that I was there. It is really sad that this is the way of customer service for a place like this. I left the store and was so disappointed in that experience that I lost the desire to purchase anything from the store or online.

Asian people should not go there, they do not welcome Asian people in their store. At 12:0 noon today, I took my child to the store to buy a bracelet. There were two clerks in the store, and the clerk with the shorter stature had a very bad attitude. I said I wanted to buy a bracelet, and she replied 275. I said I wanted try this bracelet, and she continued, bracelet 275, as if we couldn't afford it. I lost interest. I really don't understand how there can be such a service attitude.

I visited this location yesterday 8/18, I went to exchange a bracelet of mine using the lifetime warranty being that the clasp of the bracelet was tarnishing. A young girl with long dark hair helped grab me a new bracelet. she was extremely rude and was carrying herself like she was so bothered to grab me a new bracelet. she also made the snarky comment “well don’t get it wet and it won’t tarnish” in a really rude, condescending tone. Being that i’ve had this particular bracelet for over 2 years, it’s definitely developed some tarnishing and wear and tear over the years. Also would like to add that I am around the same age as that sales associate and also work in customer service, therefore I make sure to be extra friendly and polite to other employees. She on the other hand, did not return the hospitality. This particular sales associate was so unnecessarily rude that my sisters whom I went with, didn’t feel comfortable browsing the store anymore. It sucks that this girl ruined the experience for us, it was my sisters first time visiting the store and most likely their last:/
