If you’re a fan of authentic Colombian beans, this is a must-visit. I might be a bit biased given my love for Colombian coffee, but the quality here is undeniable. I had the cortado, and it was incredibly well-balanced—smooth, rich, and exactly what you want in a milk-to-espresso ratio.
​The real "pro tip" though? Pair it with their Nutella-filled baked donuts. I took a chance and dipped the donut directly into the cortado; it might be a "coffee sin" in some circles, but the combination was absolute perfection. Honestly, who cares about the rules when it tastes this good? Highly recommend.

Me and my dad love the croissants – they’re probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. We come here more than once a week—the coffee, scones, and croissants are consistently great, and it’s such a cute, quaint spot to have nearby.

The one thing that has always held it back for us has been the service. Over time, we’ve often experienced it as quite cold and unwelcoming, which leaves you with a slightly uncomfortable feeling despite how good everything else is. We’ve kept coming back because the food and overall concept are so strong.

Today, though, felt completely different. It looked like there were some new faces—perhaps new seasonal staff—and the atmosphere was noticeably warmer, friendlier, and genuinely welcoming. It made such a difference and completely lifted the experience, especially on a beautiful spring day.

It really highlighted how much the human touch matters. If this becomes the new norm, this place truly has everything going for it.

Got an Ice Latte from Vereda today, First time trying and will definitely be revisiting. The atmosphere was warm and the service was superb (shoutout to the girl with the curly hair updo, she was so sweet, and delivered the coffee to my table). Great pastries and coffee. Great coffee, friendly staff and good location. Can get very crowded at times but that is good for their business. Could use some better seating options. Some tables are tippy and need to be fixed or replaced: I have spilled my coffee countless times. Seats and table at the back may look good buy not comfortable to sit on. Still one of my go-to local coffee shops.

I’ve been coming to the Upper Oakville Vereda almost every day for the past year, and at this point, it’s more than just a coffee shop to me. Whether I’m working, meeting up with friends, or just needing a break, it’s always the place I want to be.

The coffee is hands down the best I’ve had. And I’m picky. I’ve bounced around cafés all across the GTA and even internationally, but nothing has kept me coming back like Vereda. I usually go for the Caramel Frappe (I've got a sweet tooth), but their whole menu is phenomenal. The beans they use are genuinely the best tasting. The pastries are fresh and never feel like an afterthought, which says a lot, and boy do they taste good.

What really makes Vereda special though is the staff. Every single person behind the counter brings something great to the table. Ben and Darrien's humour, Miranda’s smile feels like it’s part of the morning routine, and Alex has somehow mastered making the perfect drink every time. I'm missing some people but the entire team has been a delight I promise you will not find anywhere else. The management here clearly knows how to spot good people.

There’s something about this spot that just works. The energy, the people, the coffee, it’s all consistent in the best way. If you’ve been thinking of checking it out, just do it. And if you already know Vereda, you get it. This spot has the largest amount of regulars I've ever seen, and that says a lot.

I come to Vereda Central pretty much every day, and it never disappoints. The coffee is always top-notch—smooth, flavorful, and just really well made. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and it’s nice walking in and having them remember your order. The vibe of the place is great too—laid-back but with a good energy, whether you're there to work, meet up with someone, or just chill for a bit. It’s become part of my daily routine for a reason. First and foremost, the atmosphere is minimalist, warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend this shop for coffee dates and casual business meetings. The service was wonderful. I ordered the espresso and Matcha. They were both made well and tasted great. There’s plenty of parking as it’s located in a plaza.

The chai latte was a bit bland and tasted like hot milk.
The iced americano was okay.
the muffin was nothing special and I would say that Tims muffins are a bit better
My medium iced americano and one muffin came out to 10$ which is a bit pricey.
Good atmosphere and service though!

We are having specialty coffee here few times per week. This is the best coffee in Oakville. You also can have pastry, baked goods and savory items to make your experience more delicious. They make coffee in different ways like espresso based, French press, pure over and brew. There is enough space to site as well.

Got 2 small drinks and one cookie and the total came to $18 which surprised us. The drinks were okay but the cookie was basically chilled cookie dough as you can see in the picture. Paying $5 for a raw cookie was definitely not worth it.

This is a great spot for a good cup of coffee, especially since you can choose your roast. However, they fall a bit short if you're looking for something out of the ordinary. My main gripe is the long wait times, and the app didn’t work for me.

I'm disappointed to write this review. I've been looking at local coffee shops to replace Starbucks. The visit to Vereda just fell short of expectations. I ordered the hazelnut latte with almond milk and it was disappointing. It has no coffee or hazelnut flavor. Just tasted like hot sweet almond milk. The disposable cups are cute. I asked to be served in a non-disposable cup and I was dining in, but I was told they didn't have a cup that size. The place was busy for a weekday at 10 am.
The staff was polite and the order was quick but I won't be returning.

Visited both locations, one on Kerr St and the Upper Oakville one.
I preferred the seating on Kerr St.
The coffee is excellent in both locations. Nice treats. Very good service.
