I can honestly say that Tom is hands down the best franchise consultant I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable, very attentive, easy going. I didn’t feel any pressure at any point. Tom uses all the tools in his arsenal to find the perfect business for his clients. He genuine cares and loves what he does, and it makes a world of difference, this sets him apart from all the other franchise consultants.
Tom stayed in close communication with me throughout the entire process, always responded to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Whenever I had a concern, question or needed an advice Tom was always available. I ended up buying a franchise and am very happy with the decision. Tom helped my wife and I tremendously as we explored franchise opportunities in 2017. We previously tried to do this alone, but found it overwhelming to consider all the available opportunities. We later discovered there were about 4,000 different franchises out there across 90 different industries, so it was no wonder we were struggling so much. Once we engaged Tom, he made it so much easier. Tom started by getting to know us. I'm certain Tom helps a huge number of people, but he still took the time and showed a genuine interest in getting to know us, our backgrounds and goals. With that, and his expertise and contacts in franchising, Tom put four different opportunities in front of us. Even though all four of them aligned with our goals, they were still very different businesses to consider. Tom continued to make it easy by guiding us through the rest of the process. He let us know what to expect as we spoke to representatives of each franchisor, and Tom gave us some resources to help prepare us to explore more. Even this stage of the process could have been extremely complicated and stressful, but Tom's insights helped make it a lot easier. There was never any pressure from Tom to move forward on any opportunity. He was always just there to support us in whatever we needed to navigate through the process. We ended up choosing one of the first four opportunities Tom put in front of us, which I believe demonstrates how well Tom's process works. I have spoken to many franchise professionals and brokers and all I can say is Tom is the best. He's extremely knowledgeable and really knows how to decifer your needs and wants and match you with the best fit. Many franchise brokers are looking to sell deals where they make the most money on a commission where as Tom looks out for his clients needs first. How do I know this you might ask because he hooked me up with a franchise that he doesn't even represent but he thought it would be great for me. Don't even think about the rest deal with the best and Tom is that guy.

Tom provides an incredible service and I was thoroughly impressed by his attention and care. It's impossible nowadays to find service from someone who actually CARES about you and your situation. He put numerous hours and attention into my story and catered to every request I had. More than anything he was a wonderful person to talk to and made the day better. He gave me fantastic advice which I still live by. Also he was on time for every phone call and available whenever I needed him. I cannot say enough positive about my experience with Tom. He's not looking to make a quick buck off you, he's looking to help you any way he can.

Tom is an excellent franchise coach that I met through mutual business acquaintances. He walked me though the decision process like a true professional, with absolutely no high pressure. The outcome was positive for me, although I chose not to invest in a franchise at the time - but knowing that if I ever do, I will be calling Tom and only Tom for advise!
