In my profession I’ve worked with a lot of realtors. Alex was exceptional! In this instance we had a tight price and houses were going fast. What does Alex do? He puts a post on FB looking for houses in that price range and gets several choices which leads to the perfect house. We needed several services before move in and boom Alex had names and numbers. I couldn’t have asked for better service and communication. Thanks again Alex. Job well done.

Best realtor around! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every way. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer every question I had — no matter how big or small. He guided me through each step of the process, made everything feel less overwhelming, and truly had my best interests at heart.

His communication was excellent, and he worked hard to make sure I understood what was happening at every stage. Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the experience smooth, supported, and even exciting.

Finding a home, not just a house. 5 stars hands down. We looked at maybe a dozen or more house over the course of a year. He understood what I was looking for in location, cost, and size. I had even taken a break of looking, yet he had not. He texted me after a couple months and encouraged me to take a peek at this little house that he was thinking was what I was looking for. Now? I've had the pleasure, privilege, and opportunity to work with Mr. Phippen more than once when buying a home! Five Stars doesn't quite cover it. Alex is a real go getter, upon my first inquiry, he was ready and willing to do all that he could in my search.
