I felt the staff was very competent in my recovery. The facilitators and therapists are knowledgeable and caring. The treatment center is comfortable and clean. I recommend Emulate Treatment Center for substance abuse and mental health.

I had a wonderful experience in treatment here, i am glad I decided to come to California for treatment, because if I didn’t I wouldn’t have met all these great staff members they all care about there clients. This place has been such a bright spot for my mental health and recovery! 💛 Joanna and Landy are seriously the best! These amazing women who make you feel seen and supported in a way that actually sticks. Gary is hilarious and just having him around makes the day lighter, no joke. And Griffin… what a therapist! So thoughtful, really listens, and genuinely wants the best for you.

This is the place to go if you are serious about making a change in your life. The family I’ve gained through this program is a blessing and I’m so glad this is what I needed to start this new life of mine. This program is a break from the real world and the problems that come with it. You will be guided through the 12 steps, encouraged to find a sponsor, attend AA/NA meetings, and be giving a safe place to stay while you are recovering. Wonderful place to be take that step and join emulate(if you are ready to make a change) it will change your life for the better.(the staff are wonderful people who treat you like family and are dedicated to your recovery.)

Emulate and all the people in it have helped totally change my life. If you are willing to accept the help you need, the people at emulate will be there to go the extra mile for you, not only are they a clinical team but friends, family, and the only people there for me when i needed them most. From case managers to therapists to the director, they have the most respect and care for their clients. I’m so glad i got to have the experience here that i did. Thanks again guys

This place felt like an adult daycare. Lack of structure, lack of any therapeutic intervention. We watched movies, and sat on our phone for hours.
When I started to have difficulties with insurance, they claimed that I had nothing to worry about— then left me without any guarantee of the attached housing, no medication refills, and no support. I fell into a heavy depression, facing homelessness and running out of the psychiatric medications, despite stating they would provide at least a 30 day prescription. I left this place way worse off than when I arrived.

After being dumped aside by Emulate, I spent the next couple of weeks of debating on ending my life, when I reached back out to my insurance in despair, I learned, that it wasn’t simply an insurance challenge, but Emulate’s lack of assistance in communicating with my insurance.

This place almost left me with the best idea of ending my life.

The only positives were the food, and the clientele at the time of arrival.

I do know others who adored this place, and received a massive amount of support. However, from my experience…0/10, would not recommend.

I formed a life-long family here, collecting countless numbers at meetings, playing ping pong, and sharing in these valuable groups. My therapist is awesome. Shout out Griffin, Brian, Anthony, Landy, Dusty, Brook, Joey, Andrew, and Joe. You changed my thinking and way of living. I now feel confident that I have the tools to succeed in life. I’m once again excited to pursue an exciting career which I previously did not think possible. Thank you for inspiring me to be myself. Treatment centers like these save lives. This treatment center is truly Amazing. I'm from Buffalo NY and I've been to a couple different treatment centers. Those places could never compare to this program. They have such a better more interactive and personal approach to treatment it truly is remarkable. All the staff there are amazing, Joe, Anthony, Brian, Alex and Ella and many more. They have actually taught me many things that other programs just failed to do.I have been in horrible places and experienced some horrible things. This program has saves my life and given me a actual chance to become successful and has helped me take my life back.I say Thank You to Emulate and all the staff for saving me.

Emulate treatment center changed my life! The staff are like my family now & they actually care for their clients! They go above and beyond to make their luxury sober livings feel like home! They teach you the tools to get the best out of your recovery as possible! I wouldn’t have been able to do this without them! From the owners to the staff and the facilitators everyone was so kind and welcoming from the start! I’m just a guy from Oklahoma and they welcomed me with open arms! They Showed me a better way of life and I’ve acceleled in all facets of my sobriety! I didn’t just come to rehab and get clean. This place saved my life! Coming out of detox I knew I still wasn't ready to be sober and with all my might wanted so badly to get back out into my addiction but I stuck with the program all due to being at this treatment center. The staff is great, they don't treat us like clients they treat us like family, they have taken great care of me and I owe my life to them!

I came into Emulate treatment center so broken, everything in my life was pitiful in my eyes, I had very low self-esteem, my family refused to talk to me because I stole from them in my addiction, I was filled with guilt and shame about all the bridges I'd burned, I went against my own values and morals by putting myself in a series of high stakes situations. I lost sight of myself, I needed help. The very first phone call I made to this treatment center, I was treated professionally, and with compassion and regard to the critical nature of my addiction and the environment I was in. I was in survival mode until the insurance process went through and during that hardship, my admissions coordinator called and texted me on a consistent and regular basis just to check in on me with how I was feeling and encouraging me to be strong. I learned that alot of the staff were recovering from addiction themselves, and it felt so good to be seen n heard in an environment like detox when I felt like no one could possibly understand how I was feeling. The staff encouraged me from the start to really take advantage of the the safe environment they provided and to really dig deep into understanding why I use..why I'm triggered..what are my cravings. I was able to take full advantage of the therapy sessions, family therapy included and until this experience I had no trust or faith in any therapist out there. The therapists are 5 star in this facility. The group facilitators make me want to actually attend groups and fully pay attention while I'm there, I learned so much tools in group. My house manager at Serenity is trustworthy, he's a problem solver who also takes time out of his busy schedule to make sure me and my housemates have all that we need. I feel like I matter here. They keep the detox house, the facility and my sober living house clean. I feel safe there. I've graduated with confidence in myself and my worth. Through family therapy, I've got my family back which I never thought possible. My new values, morals and principles are engrained into my brain. My boundaries are strong. I no longer feel like a failure. I am a success story. I highly recommend Emulate treatment center..they helped me get my life back. Such great people. I am extremely grateful for them.

I highly recommend emulate treatment center. If you're on your recovery journey, they staff and facilitators are very knowledgeable in teaching you the tools you need for this. The during and aftercare goals are straight forward and easy to understand. The staff will do anything within their power to help you while I. Recovery. I am extremely grateful for this experience I was blessed with to come to emulate treatment center. The facility and staff are the most caring and helpfull people I have ever meet in my life. Their ability to support me in my recovery because they too have felt what I was feeling is exquisite. I'll never forget this time I've spent here. Emulate is hands down the best treatment center I’ve ever experienced throughout my sobriety journey over the years. From the owners, program director, admissions department, case managers, therapist’s, group facilitators and just the environment and everything as a whole was everything I needed and exceeded my expectations. It’s one big family who genuinely care about your process and journey. I love how the moment I walked in the doors I felt like I was home. Dusty and Joe were so welcoming and truly made me feel apart of and that I was in a good safe place. And I’m just forever grateful for my emulate family.
