They gave us excellent information before we purchased so we could make the right decision in terms of which company to go with. Our comparison put Convert on top of the others in terms of performance and price. They put together all the paperwork necessary to get it through the electric company and the county. They gave us an installment schedule, and stuck to it. I would have preferred a quicker installation time, but they stuck to what they proposed. The proposal and paperwork were all clear and well handled. They did an excellent job getting it through the electric company. The installation when exactly as planned with good communication. Paperwork to get it approved by the electric company for turn on was handled extremely well. Invoices and payments went exactly as planned, although they have been a little slow in sending me the final invoice and request for final payment. The system is wonderful, producing lots of power with an app that shows exactly what the system is doing. I am very pleased with my choice of Convert.
