Do not visit this store. My family have had a lot of problems with the personnel . Angela is very snotty . Would not do an exchange rather refund so my grandma lost her discount , how rude . She is fake. Does not care to help fund right sizes. If you need to return it’s an issue . They don’t look up receipt , at all . Very awful people . Thank god I live by Katy . I don’t recommend this location AT ALL

run !! Do not visit this store at all !! My family all are Houston rodeo members . I took some items that did not fit my mom and sister. Kim tired to keep the items . I didn’t understand. My mom had to call her and she finally returned items . She was trying to keep for herself . I don’t understand. This is not normal . I’ll never visit this store again , very mean and rude. On personal phone calls .

I was going to give Marisa 5 stars . But Kim decided today to try to keep items that were gifted to me for I guess I can presume her personal use ? I will be contacting her corporate office . But at the end she was able to steal from a customer. Never had any issues at any boot barn . Weird incident . I guess they aren’t paying their employees enough they take to trying to steal from customers . Every other boot barn stacks coupons even after expiration . Add my 20 percent off for being a rodeo member. But this location doesn’t want to do like the signs say clearance bogo . I will drive to Rosenberg , Pearland , Webster for actual good customer service skills and no issue of employees trying to keep my clothes …do you know how much I spend at boot barn ? I have black status and $180 in rewards. Trust me ALOT OF $$$

This location just had their grand opening about 3 weekends ago. It's conveniently located right off the SW Freeway in the Colony Square shopping mall where the UFC gym used to be.

It’s rodeo time and I’ve been looking for reasonable turquoise jewelry to complete my western ensemble. I googled “turquoise jewelry near me” and found that Boot Barn wasn’t far away and that their jewelry prices were within my budget.

I've never been in a boot store before so when I walked in, I was in awe! Wall to wall boots. Shelf after shelf after shelf. Well over 300 pair! The aisles were spacious enough to maneuver through and everything was so well organized.

Both store clerks, Jerroll and Kim were helpful during my time there. Both ensured that I was finding everything ok, however, Jerroll stood out the most. He was dressed like a true cowboy with a purpose; leather jacket, blue jeans, cowboy hat and boots. Yaasss!! Great way to advertise the clothes that you sell.

The jewelry selection is small but reasonably priced. I was able to find the rings that I was looking and may even go back for a pair of cute earrings or bracelets that I saw.
They also have caps, colognes, big belt buckles…you name it, they pretty much have it!

Again, this was my first time in a boot store and to most, this boot store may be average. I was just excited to share my “kid-like” experience, LOL.
