The two women who helped us in the exam room were great. My girl was barely bothered by getting her shot and they made it fast and relatively painless. Thabk you!

Appointments don't mean much. Never on time. Scheduling 10 minutes apart is obviously not enough. 2 big dogs. Fairly quick service once we were seen. WHAT I DON'T LIKE: I used to get printed results of the services charged, for each dog. Now it gets emailed so I have to use my printer, my paper, my ink, etc. I doubt they lowered prices for all they save by emailing. The email I got showed the dog weight, but neither dog was weighed.

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to write this review! Phoebe and I have been coming here for a while, and I honestly don’t trust anyone else with her. From the moment we walk in, the team makes us feel seen, heard, and cared for. They listen to every concern, no matter how small, and treat us like family. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do. I’m so grateful to have a team that looks out for us the way they do we truly feel safe, supported, and valued every single visit.

Rabies vaccination went perfectly. The doctor also stated and talked for a minute- sharing tips and ideas. I love this store and the staff

They were great. Very professional and took great care of my French Bulldog. One of the nurses even texted the next day to check on my dog. I recommend them!
