Great service! Excellent communication throughout the entire process! The sprinter Limo was an excellent choice for 7 teens to go to prom! Lots of leg room and the ride was comfortable. Loved the check ins from the driver during the excursion as well! It was comforting to know when their arrived at the location, dropped them off, when they picked them back up and headed back home.

I am very pleased with Perfect Transportation’s service, aka Ontario Airport Car & Second Service. I contracted with them to pick up my niece from Ontario Airport and drop her off in Lake Elsinore. I was very impressed with the way Perfect Transportation kept me and my niece always aware of what was going on from before the Chauffeur picked her up, to when she was in the Limo and finally when she was dropped off. Thank you for making your services as easy and customer friendly as possible.

We had an excellent experience with the shuttle service at our expo! The driver arrived right on time, was professional, and well-dressed, which set a great tone for the day. Every employee who rode the shuttle commented on how comfortable and nice it was inside and how nice our driver Richard was. The service was smooth, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. Truly outstanding and highly recommended!

Sally is absolutely wonderful! She is fun to talk with, open and kind! We had a pleasant, smooth and enjoyable ride and the time just flew by. The whole process from start to finish was easy and simple and their prices are reasonable as well. Edward was also a joy to talk with and was very accommodating as well. I will definitely be using them again. So glad I found them!!!

Drivers were early for each pick up and helped with our bags. Seems like this should be an understood part of the assignment, but not all companies are built the same. Using this service is more expensive than say an Uber, but it's RELIABLE!!!! You can't beat reliability, especially when you need to get to the airport on time and are traveling with kids. This company will have my business from now on and it will definitely share this contact with family and friends. It's a stress free option that has a comparable cost to parking your car at the airport. But this way you get pick up and drop off service right at the door. Can't beat it for the cost of your peace of mind.
