We can’t say enough good things about our experience with FCI Alpharetta. Going into this project with limited knowledge of flooring, my wife and I set out to replace our carpet. From the initial in-home consultation to the final walkthrough, Eric and his team ensured we were completely happy every step of the way. We ended up redoing our floors, stairs, and handrails, and we absolutely love the final result. Eric even came onsite himself for a few touch-ups during installation to make sure everything was perfect. Whether you are buying flooring for the 1st or 10th time, you will not be disappointed in the service, quality, or results with FCI Alpharetta.

Our experience with FCI of Alpharetta was top notch on what to us was a very big project. We had 30 year old carpeted floors throughout the house except in the kitchen and foyer. We updated by tearing out the carpet and replacing with hardwood and tile floors on the main level and laminate flooring upstairs and refinishing existing wooden floors. It was a major undertaking with scheduling complications that FCI stayed on top of the whole way, communicated well with us, promptly dealt with any questions or concerns we had along the way. The floors are beautiful! We have received many compliments from friends and family. Everyone was professional, hard working and efficient. I could tell everyone involved, from top management and sales to project manager and the artisans took pride in their craft. Thank you FCI for our renewed home!

We are so happy with our new stair carpet runner! The in home consultation was super easy to schedule online, and we appreciated all the clear and timely communication about installation. We had a whole crew come to get the installation done quickly and efficiently. We have an odd shaped landing in the middle of the stairway and the runner was tailored to the space and looks great! Our furry friend approves.

FCI of Alpharetta did a fantastic job on our floors. From the in home consult, competitive offer, great communication and finally with a fantastic install. Absolutely transformed our second floor bedrooms and office. Eric, Greg and the install team were all great to work with!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They came out quickly, helped us choose the perfect carpet, and the installation was smooth and professional. The crew was respectful, cleaned up everything, and our new stair runner looks amazing. Highly recommend!
