JP Dental is the best! Dr. French and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. As someone who tends to dread the dentist, Nancy made me feel comfortable right away and was happy to take the time to answer all of my questions. Elle at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly, and I appreciate that she walks me through my insurance coverage after each visit. Dr. French and his team are the best in the business! They are incredibly thorough, take the time to educate you on how to better protect your teeth, and are careful and compassionate throughout treatment.

I stumbled upon JP Dental when searching for somewhere convenient to go for an emergency issue, and am so grateful that I did. Elle, the business lead, is wonderful, and the entire practice does an excellent job accommodating schedules, getting patients seen quickly, and making insurance and payment details clear and straightforward.

Omg!! Best dental visit ever!
Sometimes looks can be deceiving. The office was extremely bright, clean, upbeat, music lots of smiley faces and I even received a new patient gift!
All of my questions were answered
How often do you get to meet the doctor in charge on your first visit?
Elle was the first person I met on my lunch break just to get information on their services and I already felt extremely comfortable and knew this would be my place to care for all of my dental needs. Their office hours start at 7 AM, which is extremely convenient for my work schedule. Ashneel was very down to earth and allowed me the space and time I needed while getting photographs of my teeth. The customer service was exceptional and 2nd to none, especially when you have not been on top of dental care so many people are quick to judge, but this staff have shown they are here to get my Care back on track and I’m extremely impressed and looking forward to my care at JP Dental !

Absolutely phenomenal experience — was recommended JP Dental after a stressful experience elsewhere that made me anxious to go back to the dentist. I felt welcomed, listened to (!!), and respected here. Especially appreciated that Dr. Swanson explained findings and treatment to me with a combination of scientific and layperson’s terms to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. The appointment did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like just another patient on the schedule. Really truly appreciate the entire staff for helping me feel confident and comfortable with something that has caused anxiety in the past! Could not recommend them more.

Great dental experience, everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming from Elle at the front desk who got me in earlier because I had another appointment and who was so sweet at check in and check out, Taven who was so helpful and took his time with the X-rays/cleaning and talking to me, and Dr. French himself took the time to explain what his thoughts were, what he was doing, what he recommended in the future. Probably one of the most thorough dental visits I’ve had and everyone was truly so kind and pleasant. 10/10 recommend!

The ease in which to get an appointment was great! The atmosphere and environment at the practice is very bright and relaxed. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was dreading it, but JP Dental made it one of the most relaxing, and dare I say, fun, experiences. They went out of their way to make sure I was informed and comfortable, including letting resident dental support dog Margo lie down on my lap during the cleaning. Senior hygenist Amber, Margo's mom, was smart, communicative, responsive and funny. I recommend this practice highly.

The staff are endlessly helpful and warm.

Amazing office loved my visit , I had a frenectomy done today by Dr Ben and he did such an amazing job. When I went to JP Dental this morning my dentures were giving me trouble the bottom set in particular JP Dental removed the plastic over lap and my bottom set feel better already. This was my 1st time since new ownership with my 6 years old son and I must say I was overly pleased with the service we received from the front desk staff to the assistant to the wonderful dentists. it was my first time, yes I appreciated the welcome. it is really structured and the materials are well arranged. I am delighted to take services with them, but I hope that I will have the opportunity to do so, because entering such a beautiful and well-arranged space is for the easiest.

02-21 after a month so I just had an extraction, and today I started cleaning my teeth. I am really satisfied and one cleaning is a thousand times better than what I have done several times outside at another doctor. I advise you to go in front of the Jacson Square train station and you will be well received by good services.
