Highly recommend. After searching for a doctor to release my daughter’s tongue tie we found this practice. It was well worth the wait to get in with him. He had great bedside manner and did a wonderful job releasing my daughter’s tie. The staff is very kind in this office and everyone we encountered was great.

Dr. Martin is so genuine, informative, and personable!! During our consultation for our daughters tube surgery he explained every step without us asking and informed us that they would take grear care of our baby girl. On surgery day, today, he did exactly as he told us. He also checked in again to reassure we knew the process and had no other questions. Thank you Dr. Martin and your AMAZING team at Mercy!!!

I am redacting my 5 star review. Dr. Martin and his team got me in for surgery this month but failed to follow up after surgery. I reached out via telephone and messenger repeatedly when I needed more pain medication as I was using the max dosage for the first 2 days following surgery and had none left. I wasn’t able to walk around comfortably or breathe and needed the pain meds to help with trying to get me up and moving so I wasn’t sitting down all the time. I had to go through my PCP to get more, which my insurance wouldn’t cover because it didn’t come from my original doctor for the procedure, Dr. Martin. And still almost a full week after surgery, I have yet to hear from this office. Absolutely horrible. They’ll do surgery on people but not provide the proper care and treatment afterwards.

Had an appt, was told I'm fine. Later see results that are far far far from fine. I write dr martin a msg. No reply for 5 days. Zero response. When im deaf its on you Dr. Martin!!!!! Thanks for being the worst Dr ive ever seen!

Had my first visit with Dr Kendall. He was attentive answering my questions, didn’t talk down to me, wasn’t dismissive to my concerns. Steps of my treatment were covered and he made sure I no questions. I never felt he was trying to hurry me out of the exam room.
