I just want to leave a decent compliment & review for the company & JDL, specifically for his professionalism & courtesy to try to really figure out the issues going on here at the residence, as well as provide a temporary unit to keep us a bit cooler here at the home. He has been extremely professional & courteous when he comes here to work, as well as diligent, & it's a great reflection for this company in my opinion.

Hopefully this is the correct business because I left a review yesterday for JDL on the wrong Ace page 😆 & the owner of that establishment informed me that they were thankful for the review but respectfully informed me I should prob review the correct business.

Exceptional company and service! I have nothing but positive things to say about Ace A/C. Our family had several emergencies that needed urgent service, and the team from Ace responded quickly and solved our issues within the day. In addition, we purchased a brand-new 5 ton system at our home. The entire setup from consultation to installation was not only done well and on time, but the personalized service made this a painless process. We shopped around for other local providers, but ended up with Ace for their reasonable and up-front costs, timely response, and very friendly service. High recommended for anyone needing repairs and/or equipment in the area.

Additional Note: We have now used Ace Air Conditioning for our 2nd two ton unit for our home and again, Ace has been wonderful from submitting a new quote to installation within days. It took about a half-day to remove our old and broken unit and replace it with a beautiful Lennox system. We now have 2 from Ace and couldn't be happier. The service was also exceptional, which made this process smooth as usual. Our home is enjoying the cool air again!

Ace did a great job on a uniquely situated AC install a year ago, so we decided to use their electrical services as well, and they are equally spectacular. Great communication from Cory with scheduling and answering questions, excellent pricing compared to other quotes from other vendors. Taylor was super professional, meticulous panel work and mindful of our newly renovated floors and walls. A pleasure to have in the house for the day replacing out electrical panel. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Ace installed our AC unit today. I would like to thank the installers Omar and Dakota for such a great job. They were very professional and the customer service was outstanding. Just want to give a HUGE shout out to Ace Air Conditioning and Electrical for their exceptional and attentive customer service. Sean has been to my house 4 times the past two weeks and has worked hard to fix a few different issues going on with our system. He is very informative and thorough in his work and has explained every step he needs to take to my husband and I. I also want to include that Joanna in the office has been a pleasure to work with (as I've had to call several times lol). Every time I call, she answers the phone on the first ring with a pleasant demeanor and is prompt to get me whatever update or information I need. Thanks Ace, you all are the best around!

Called bob because my sister had used the company on two other projects met with him and they were here the next day installed a brand new system the the installers were very professional and respectful they did an excellent job and even swept my room when they were done I would recommend this company to everyone I talk to excellent service. We had our AC system replaced by Ace today. The whole process was great! The price was very reasonable and all the employees were professional and nice. They take pride in their work, and I never felt like they were rushing, or cutting corners to get the job done.

Ace was recommended to us by our neighbors, long-term residents of Deland, who have used Ace for AC system replacement as well as other electrical work. We are so glad we went with their recommendation.

Edit: We had an issue with our new system. Long story short, vibration caused a wire to rub against part of the compressor and caused a short. We called ACE, and John came out to get us back up and running. In very little time, John diagnosed and repaired the problem and had us cool again.

Excellent service. Very happy with our decision once again.

I recently had ACE Air Conditioning install a new 5 ton Lennox system for our house. Bob provided a fair quote and answered all of my questions throughout the selection process. On the day of install, Omar and his crew arrived early and worked hard throughout the day. John was very helpful setting up our new thermostat and linking it to our Amazon Alexa. At the end of the day, Omar stayed extra late to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction before he left. Great job and much appreciated. * I forgot to mention that Melina is most helpful and kind whenever we need to call the office staff.
