My experience with Spark Homes Texas was great. They are one of the best mobile home dealers in Texas, offering quality manufactured homes and modular homes, beautiful floor plans, and helpful guidance with home insurance, including affordable and energy-efficient homes.

So happy we found Spark Homes Texas! They had lots of home options and very good prices. Everyone was helpful and made the buying process simple. I tell all my friends if you want a good manufactured home dealer, check them out!

When my husband and I started looking for a home, we looked at subdivisions in the city, and we were not pleased with the 5 to 10 feet apart. I just felt like they were too close. So when my husband mentioned to me this subdivision, that starts with 1 acre and up. We came out and we fell in love with it. Lee helped us from the beginning of the process through the end of it, even after moving in into our home in July, been a new home, there's gonna be some touch ups, Lee worked with us through the whole process, still to this day, it's a friendly subdivision. It's got the country feel the sun rises and the sunsets are amazing The fresh air just feels great to inhale. We're close enough to a grocery store to a Walmart to restaurants, but just the country feel in this little town. The people are so friendly going to the hardware store. I just feel like when I was growing up in my Old Town. We got exactly what we wanted. This subdivision is amazing. I highly recommend it. If you are wanting the country feel and to have an acre and more in land, this is the place for you. What makes me more happy is knowing it's a HOA, that way people are going to keep up their properties up to par, that means our value will continue to go up.

We have had a very pleasant experience with Mr.Lee Arp and his team with Spark Homes. He was very knowledgeable at letting us know what we needed to get approved as first time home buyers. Using our VA loan. Guild Mortgage was also helpful at letting us know what paperwork we needed to get through the loan approval process. Our home is very nice and spacious. Not to mention, we absolutely love our one acre property line. We had an issue with the dishwasher the first few days of move in. We brought it to Mr. Lee’s attention and he sent his maintenance crew to attend to it promptly and efficiently. Words cannot express how extremely grateful and pleased we are with our beautiful new home. Thank you so very much to Mr. Lee Arp and his team for making our dream of being home owners come true! 🇺🇸💙♥️🤍

I have kept my mouth shut over my house, but I am done!!! Leaking shower for 3 years, sends me unlicensed guys who have no idea what they are doing. I found a great licensed contractor who finally fixed it correctly. Crooked island, dishwasher fits in crooked, the legs of the island are crooked. The thinnest cardboard looking baseboards in my kitchen. My master closet shelves fell off the walls, damaging my walls. One screw was actually in a stud, none of the others were. We fixed, once again out of our pocket. Vinyl flooring coming up, baseboards that don't even touch the floors, paint in every bedroom on the carpets, all doorknobs had paint all over them, crooked doors that don't close correctly, shelves pulling away from the walls in my food pantry, cabinets pulling away from walls in my laundry room...it just goes on.
Today was the final straw for me. Hot water heater went out, breaker popped, so I call my contractor who sent me a licensed electrician and what he found shocked and scared me. The top of the hot water heater where the fittings were, were leaking and leaked into the junction box..the wires were sitting in water and fried the wiring. Nobody bothered to check the fittings to see if they were tightened..husband did 5 turns on it. Stopped that leak, electrician has to come back and rewire it from the inside to the outside under our home. 3 days now with no hot water. We also found out that the overflow is not even connected to the drain pan, so if it leaks, it will leak into our house instead of outside. Our house could have burned down and we might have even been unalived. Time to hire an attorney and am contacting the state.

probably the cheapest built home i’ve ever seen. poor workmanship, quality, materials, etc. steer clear of these homes. not to mention the people who run this company have the combined IQ of 65.

I have been looking at Spark Homes for my next house. I’ve looked all over and keep going back to Clara Ridge. I love the big lots and country feel. Can’t wait to live there!

I recently purchased a home from this company and the journey has been a nightmare. Multiple issues, our house was move in ready but our AC unit wasn’t even installed. We it comes to getting something fixed out repaired I have been communication with someone for months and they just ignore you or don’t even bother to respond. Out of the 21 houses In the subdivision every house has issues, electric plumbing or poor contract work. The list can go on and on.
