Scott McMacken (Customer Success Manager) was superb and walked me through every step of the potential data recovery on my Western Digital external drive. While I elected not to go through with the final recovery, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for data recovery -- they were fast, efficient, and easy to deal with. I only wish my personal budget stretched to completing what turned out to be a complicated recovery process. HIGHLY recommend this company!

this was my second time to use SecureData services in recovering data from my dead externalHD. I greatly appreciate the assistance of Scott McMacken, my account manager, who was attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend SecureData and will use them again in future.

Amazing Data Recovery!!
I contacted Secure Data Recovery when my external drive failed to read on my computer. Close to 90,000 files were not accessible to me. I was almost panicked; thinking I had lost close to half of my life's work. Secure Data was able to recover 99.9% of my data! The staff were thorough, provided frequent contact, were professional and made a successful recovery of my files! Thanks so much Secure Data and rep Scott McMacken!!

Quality of a high-end IT shop. Kyle and the entire Secure Data Recovery team did an outstanding job. As a customer, you have options, including just having a diagnostic before pursuing their services further. Thank you saving my data!

Secure Data get an A+ from me. They were able to retrieve all the data from a USB drive which was broken. After speaking with Jeff, he gave me comfort in knowing that the company would do all they could to get my data back. As a schoolteacher, I was very worried about multiple years of lesson plans and activities I had acquired would be lost. Thankfully, Secure Data was able to retrieve the data and do it in a fast turnaround time. I am forever grateful to them.
