This review is long overdue!

After living in the PNW for many years I finally decided to add an AC this past spring. As this was a huge investment. I did a lot of research and ended up getting 6 bids from local businesses. Pure Air Cooling & Heating and Anthony stood out—they were super straightforward, incredibly responsive, and had really competitive pricing. Their post-installation support has been just as amazing. Over the summer, power outages caused a sensor in the HVAC system to go bad. I reached out to Anthony, who got back to me right away, and Shawn was at my house the very next day to check it out. Within two days, they had the replacement part and my AC was completely fixed.

I’ve already recommended them to several of my neighbors, and I will absolutely be using them for all of our routine HVAC maintenance down the road. They are really fantastic to work with!

Great experience with Sean at Pure Air Cooling and Heating. Our AC was leaking and we had no idea if it was a small fix or a big expensive repair. He was honest about the diagnosis, didn't overcharge, and fixed the leak properly the first time. It's rare to find someone this straightforward in home services will be using him for all our AC and heating needs going forward.

Best HVAC cleaning service in the PNW. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Scheduling was super easy and Anton was amazing to work with. Peter, the technician, was kind and left our units brand new. Efficient, clean, and quick service!

I normally call the company that installed the system for repair. That didn’t work out so I called Pure Air and I am so glad I did. The thing I love about them is that technicians took time to explain the problems with me patiently and my options too. Their prices are fair and they serve Kirkland locally which is perfect for me. They become my go to company for heating and cooling problems.

I highly recommend Anthony and Adam. They were knowledgeable, punctual and got the job done quick.

My really old 25 year old furnace broke down. They fixed it, but recommended I get a new one. I did research and I got a couple of quotes. They had the best price and value. When the furnace broke again 5 months later. I called them straight away. They were kind enough to come and replace it the same day.

I’m very satisfied with the work they did. They were very easy to work with.
