The Facility is awesome. The staff is caring. The activity director is out of this world there are outings at least once a week. My friend is here and is a much happier person. With the outings I’m able to join them. There’s also a family night that they go over and above to make the residents happy. I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a facility for a family member.

I’m impressed how Tiffany M is so dedicated to making life for her residents the best. She goes out of her way everyday with listening, doing and making changes to satisfy all. No better place for a family member.

My experience with Lotus Gardens Senior Living has been absolutely wonderful. The community is warm and inviting, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for, treating everyone like family. They create such a welcoming environment with great activities that make it feel like home. I highly recommend Lotus Gardens to anyone looking for a supportive, friendly, and well-managed assisted living community.

My brother has been here for 2 months now and he and I are seeing improvements. Staff are kind, willing to help as soon as able. Management is trying to meet all our needs as soon as possible. Everyone is kind and willing to help. The building is brightening up with painting and carpet cleaning

This facility is garbage. I had my mother in this place for about a week and had to move her out. The lack of care is horrendous. They neglect to acknowledge the needs of the residents and don't have the proper means to take care of them. The lack of staff is also a concern. There were never enough trained staff on at any point. My mother would call me and complain about staff never showing up after she hit the call button. They were always late, and the staff always looked tired. All of this is due to the company that just recently acquired them. I would not recommend anyone to go there for any reason, especially if you care about the ones, you were considering putting in there. Minus 5 stars.
