Our relationship with Marnie Long began seven years ago, when our family moved from Canada to Northern Colorado for work. Marnie, with The Group, was assigned to help us find our new home, and from the very beginning, she took the time to understand our family, our needs, and what would make Colorado feel like home.

Thanks to Marnie, we found a beautiful and functional home in a wonderful community where our family was very happy for seven years.

When another work-related move recently took us from Colorado to Houston, Texas, there was no question in our minds about who we wanted to trust with the sale of our home. We immediately reached out to Marnie.

Once again, she exceeded our expectations. Marnie guided us through everything that needed to be done to prepare the house for sale, from repairs to improvements and beautification. She connected us with reliable service providers and helped coordinate the process, which was especially valuable while we were managing an out-of-state move. Her recommendations made a real difference, and our home sold faster than I had anticipated.

What truly distinguishes Marnie, however, is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She was always available, responsive, and proactive in resolving the inevitable issues that came up during the selling process. Even after the sale, she continued to help us and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a realtor.

Over seven years, Marnie was there for two very important chapters in our family's life: welcoming us to Colorado and helping us move on to our next chapter in Texas. In both cases, she brought professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and an exceptional level of personal care.

We are incredibly grateful to Marnie and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home in Northern Colorado. She is not simply an excellent realtor; she is someone you can genuinely trust to look after you and your family.

Working with Marnie Long to buy a lot and build our home in Timnath has been a great experience. Navigating the home-building process can have challenges, but Marnie's deep expertise in new construction and the local market gave us total peace of mind.

She helped us select our lot, expertly advocated for us with the builder, and stayed on top of every single detail from day one. Marnie was incredibly hands-on during our home inspections, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Her support didn't stop with the build; she was incredibly helpful in connecting us with trusted local contractors, including top-notch landscapers, window treatment specialists, and electricians to help us finish our home. Marnie was also especially amazing during the closing process, ensuring all final paperwork was flawless and protecting our interests right up until the keys were in our hands. Marnie is highly professional, incredibly responsive, and truly cares about her clients. We love our new home and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone buying, selling, or building in Northern Colorado!

We cannot say enough good things about working with Marnie Long and her team. As out-of-state buyers relocating to Colorado, we needed someone to help us identify the best neighborhood for our family. She helped us think through different options and ultimately determine the perfect fit -- and find us a property before it hit the market, no less! She has so much experience and knowledge -- and relationships to boot. Thanks to Marnie, the process was seamless. She was quick to offer recommendations and support and shape the experience around our needs. Above all, she cared about us as people and as a young family with children. Anyone would be lucky to work with her!

When we recently decided to move from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin to Northern Colorado, we researched realtors in the area. We came across Marnie Long and were impressed by her résumé, which includes 30 years in the industry and over 1,000 transactions closed. Additionally, she is part of a highly successful real estate organization called The Group.

On our first visit meeting Marnie, it quickly became evident that she possesses deep local market expertise of the unique Northern Colorado landscape and extensive knowledge of specific communities. Marnie has exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail. She is extremely personable, persistent, and resourceful.

Once we had an accepted offer, which Marnie expertly negotiated, her support team ensured that all paperwork, deadlines, and property specifics were managed accurately. We are now living in the house of our dreams in Timnath, CO, and would highly recommend Marnie Long to anyone with real estate needs. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
