I’m over the moon! Compared to my last primary this is leagues above. I received more care and information in my intake appointment than I have in the past 2 years. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming but I expected nothing less from a team of strong women! Thank you everyone for being so quick and supportive.

Veterans, be careful with this office - I had an appointment scheduled on 02-09-2026 and when I showed up for the appointment, the appointment had been canceled by the provider, Huda had an assistant, Laura conduct the C&P anyways...

I later found out that Huda was not authorized by the VA to conduct the C&P Exam since she was not in compliance with training through LSGS - they should have told me that and not conducted the exam - instead, they went ahead with the exam and wasted my time.

I now have to go to another appointment since the exam done by Huda's assistant, Laura was an illegal / non-valid exam. This office is not ethical - stay away from it.

Wow! This was my first time at this medical office, and all I can say is that I’ve experienced the best patient care of my life. From the front desk to the nurse, nurse practitioner, and doctor — everyone treated me with exceptional kindness, warmth, and professionalism. The positive attitude, genuine smiles, and clear, informative communication made me feel truly cared for and comfortable.

The staff at TriHealth are awesome! I'm a new patient and from my very first interaction, I could tell they care about their patients and that felt great. Dr. Star and her support team took great care of me. And shout out to Maxine and the front office staff for helping me with follow up and referral paperwork. 5 out of 5 stars. 🌟

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Tri Health! Maxine is always warm, kind, and caring even when handling several patients! Sophia as well is a friendly, kind, and empathetic MA. Dr. Masghati is an amazing, kind, and caring medical professional. She’s given me hope that I can treat my knee pain without surgery! I feel so blessed to be a patient at this practice. Also, Haley, the PA, is great. She offered some terrific suggestions for my issues. Highly Recommended!!

Truly have never felt so comfortable at a doctors appointment. Huda does it all, she is so caring and gentle and compassionate toward her patients which is a rare gem in this world! The entire staff really cares about their patients and you feel it! I love that they see women’s health + regular appointments + beauty treatments. BEST Dr office in tampa!

Front desk staff is always very nice and helpful. Dr. Hussein listened to my concerns and validated me. Star and Huda are also very helpful and able to give me exactly what I need. Maxine at the front desk is very knowledgeable and always has a smile. The other medical assistants and front desk staff are very kind. Never have to wait long in the waiting room for my appointments. Clean facilities and a homey feel. It seems that the staff really cares.

I joined the clinic in July 2025. Dr. Huda is my primary care doctor. The clinic helped me set up a blood test regarding my university health screening requirement and start a 3-month glp-1 program. At my appointments, the physician’s assistants were friendly and thorough, and Dr. Huda advised me on all my questions. Later, when I needed to, I was able to email their front desk with questions and they replied the next work day. In all, very satisfied, thank you!

Unfortunately, Dr. Huda is consistently late and unprofessional when it comes to appointments. She has been late three times without apology. During our last visit, she made us wait for two and a half hours, while my wife – who is pregnant and exhausted – was left waiting.

When Dr. Huda finally arrived, I politely advised her to show more care and honesty with her patients. They are not just customers – they are sick people who deserve compassion. I even stopped my wife from filing a legal complaint out of respect for the clinic.

To my shock, I was later accused of being “disruptive.” This was deeply offensive and honestly unbelievable. Such behavior and false accusations are unacceptable and reflect a serious lack of professionalism.

For the record, our appointment was at 10:00 AM, and Dr. Huda showed up at 12:20 PM. She claimed our appointment was at 2:00 PM, but this is completely false — we have appointment reminder messages clearly stating 10:00 AM.

I want to extend my respect to Dr. Hussein, a kind and professional doctor I’ve known for a long time, and to Nurse Halima, who was clearly uncomfortable with Dr. Huda’s behavior — and I truly appreciate her attitude.

To the clinic management: Please implement clear rules and a proper work system. Patients should never be accused or disrespected simply for standing up for themselves. What they deserve is an apology, not blame.

I visited the Temple Terrace location shortly after they opened. The office is clean and modern and wait time was short. Dr. Huda listened to my concerns and was helpful in moving forward with my care. I wish that office would have its own phone number since calling the main number requires several tries before someone picks up. My follow up was also scheduled with the wrong provider and I received more than one confirmation with incorrect times. It took several texts before it was corrected. Maybe the staff is getting used to the new office still, but I feel like scheduling should be a straightforward process that doesn't require a patient to correct the staff more than once. Hoping that bit will be more efficient in the future because I like the providers and would like to continue with my care.

Today was my first visit as a new patient for my daughter and my self. Everyone was super nice and had great bedside maners. Water was available in the lobby for patients. The medical practitioner made my daughter a glove balloon and gave her some apple juice. She never enjoyed a doctor’s visit so much. I had a great experience and this will be our Family doctor moving forward. Thank you Ladies for all your help today! You are great!

Maggie is extremely professional. She attentively listened to all of my concerns and encouraged me to ensure my mother-in-law thoroughly reviewed everything.
