Simply OUTSTANDING service. Extremely responsive to our urgent need when freezer went down hard. Booking appointment was simple. Daniel was extremely responsive and onsite the next day to determine our problem. On site the very next day to install the broken part and had the unit running quickly. Then it was determined that additional refrigerant would be needed for our closed system so Daniel had to come back bright and early Monday morning to do this additional work. Freezer is now fully operational and working great. Thank you for this much needed work and for your responsiveness and professionalism.

So grateful for the referral to Baker House and beyond impressed with their service! We had a heating emergency on a cold Saturday when I was stuck at work all day. Daniel answered my call immediately and offered to rearrange his schedule to help us. While I wasn’t there I was told he and his son were “very kind, polite and professional - 5 stars!”

They arrived within 2hrs of me calling, figured out/fixed the issue, were ok billing me via email since I couldn’t be there and did not charge me a hefty fee for being Saturday (unlike others). I’ll definitely be calling Baker House for all future needs. Thank you again 🙏🏼

Exceptional work and customer service! My heater went off completely in the middle of the night entering into a weekend, so my house pretty much had no heat over the night. It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low.

In a meantime, I reached out to BakerHouse Service late Friday night letting them know about the issue that my minisplits had. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to get anything fixed by Monday since it was already weekends...but I was really surprised that the following Saturday morning Danial did reach out to me and let me know he could actually stop by on Saturday!

I was very grateful that Danial and team was able to diagnose the issues with my minisplits quick! Not only that, they were able to remedy the issue on the spot within that visit,..so I was really thankful the heat was back in the house in no time!

What I appreciated was Danial's knowledge about HVAC system. He did seem to know how to approach solving HVAC issues methodothically...and even I learned a few smaller things about my minisplit system from just his visit.

If I had any issues with HVAC system, I would certainly recommend and use his services again. They are highly responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy and are priced reasonably. Thank you for saving me from the heater issue once again! Really appreciated and super grateful for your help.

Great service and responsiveness! Danial was very in tune with what was going on with our mini splits and was able to take care of the issue we were having. He recharged the system and gave us input on possible solutions for the leak we were having in the living room. I will call them in the future should I need HVAC work done.

Service was fantastic! Daniel was patient and polite. He explained it all as he worked. My central AC unit is an antique. The top cover is bent up due to a large tree branch falling on it years ago. The fan motor was frozen, in part due to fan blades hitting the bent housing. Dan had another brand fan motor... But the mounting holes didn't match. He spent more than an hour drilling new holes and metal fitting so it would work w/balance and w/o interference. Before it died, the air was not very cool. Dan said my refrigerant gas was low. This is the very expensive 'old school gas' that costs $200/gallon! He had a leftover partial tank which he used to top off my system. Very cold air! Comprehensive, thoughtful work. The call was 4 hours. He charged me for 3 and he gave me a 10% Veteran/Senior Citizen discount.

Last week our 16 year old furnace was having intermittent issues in the middle of the Arctic blast, so our home was quickly getting colder. Daniel from BakerHouse came out that same day, and efficiently diagnosed the problem to be the furnace motor was seizing up. No motors for the furnace unit were available locally, so he had one sent in overnight. The next day he quickly replaced the motor with the new unit and now, a week later, the furnace shows no signs of ever having problems.
Daniel did a great job from start to finish: letting us know precisely when he would be here both times. He caused minimal disruption to our household while diagnosing and repairing the furnace. Receipts for the work were all handled electronically, so I had that all in hand before he even left. Doing such wonderful business, I don't know how long he will be able to provide same day service, but that was truly amazing and appreciated.

BakerHouse Service did an excellent job! My furnace suddenly stopped working last weekend and I got their name from a friend. They came out an hour later (on a Saturday in December!) and by 5pm my furnace was working beautifully. The work required a part and they arranged for an afterhours pick up from the supplier then came right back and finished the job. They also did a thorough check of the furnace to be sure everything else was in order. We were very happy with their work and so relieved to have it fixed the same day. Thank you, BakerHouse! My AC unit decided not to work today and I was blessed by God to search the internet and find BakerHouse Service Co and its owner Daniel Baker. After a brief conversation Daniel scheduled an appointment to come and check out my unit. He was able to come to my house within a hour of my call. From the pictures you’ll see the problem was a couple of parts that needed to be replaced. My AC unit was back in operation in a hour from his being onsite. I can’t thank Daniel enough for quick response, diagnosis, repair and outstanding customer service. I recommend BakerHouse for your cooling or refrigeration services.
