Celia was very patient with us on our journey to find our forever home. She answered all my questions and had answers for questions I did not think of. She paid attention to what I like and offered to assist in any way she could. Due to my work schedule I could not tour house until after I got off. Cesia is very professional and timely. I called her in late Jan/early Feb and talked with her about my husband and I wanting to look into buying, she was able to guide us through the VA lenders to get our preapproval set up to show us houses we knew we could afford without giving us unrealistic expectation. She was able to provide a diverse portfolio of homes that we would like and helped us make the decision and explained every step we would go through from submitting the offer to closing day. She made sure everyone was on the same page as far as communication and was able to assist us with communication to the sellers/lenders/inspection/and everyone involved. We couldn’t be happier and if we do buy again we will use Cesia as our agent and plan to refer our friends to her as well!
