Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Ganesh held multiple clinical positions at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. He was an attending physician in the Division of General Internal Medicine, head of the Section of International Medicine, practice chair of Integrative Medicine and Health and medical director of the Long COVID Clinic. He also served as a preceptor and lecturer for medical residents and fellows. Dr. Ganesh earned his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisc., after earning a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree at the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences in Kingston, Jamaica. His clinical training includes an internal medicine residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Md. He also earned a Master of Public Health degree at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Ganesh has conducted research in his field and published his work in multiple medical journals.
