I’m honestly disappointed. I expected a much higher level of service for the price I paid, especially after choosing this company based on its high Google reviews.

My home was already very clean to begin with, and I paid extra for specific deep-cleaning services that were not completed. Several of the paid add-ons were not addressed at all, including:

• Oven cleaning (untouched)
• Bedding (untouched)
• Inside of cabinets (untouched)

After the cleaning was completed, the supervisor walked through the house wearing shoes and left muddy footprints and shoe prints on the floors. The final mopping also left noticeable streaks on my wooden floors.

I ultimately spent some time after they left doing additional cleaning and touch-ups that I had paid for and expected to be completed.

Overall, the service did not match what was paid for and did not justify the cost.

I needed a deep clean for a family party I was throwing and the crew did an incredible job! Definitely will be recommending to all my friends and family! Thanks so much

This was my first time using this cleaning service and they did not disappoint! I’ve used two other cleaning services before and was not impressed. Cleanservice Jacksonville was very thorough, friendly, and did a great job. I definitely will be booking again.

I was soooo disappointed in their service. I asked them to specifically clean baseboards and interior doors and the photos show how well they were cleaned. Also, the finish in my kitchen sink was ruined. I give them a big fat ZERO.

We had a rush request for some carpet cleaning and Clean Services Jax came through. On time finished when they said and the price was great. Great job!!

Had a great experience with them! They were very thorough for my Move-Out and Carpet Cleaning, and really went above and beyond in several ways! Andrew was particularly helpful.

I am absolutely amazed by the cleaning crew’s incredible work! From the moment they arrived, I knew there was a lot to tackle, and I honestly felt a bit embarrassed about how much needed to be done. But they didn’t just meet my expectations—they blew them away! Every corner of the space was meticulously cleaned, and the results are nothing short of outstanding. The team worked with such attention to detail, leaving everything spotless and fresh. I’m beyond grateful for their dedication and hard work. They truly knocked it out of the park with this deep cleaning. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I am amazed at CleanServices Jacksonville getting my apartment back to looking like I’ve just moved in.

I could have NEVER done that type of deep cleaning on my own!

They paid close attention to all details and answered every question I had.

I highly recommend CleanServices Jacksonville to everybody, especially if you’ve been neglectful as bad as I was.

Thank you again so much!

After experiencing my first professional cleaning service at home, I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the results. The team, Andrew and Margo from SVS Cleaning Service arrived promptly and was incredibly courteous from the outset. They did a wonderful job.
The cleaning itself was thorough and meticulous; every nook and cranny received attention, leaving no corner untouched. They even managed to tackle window exterior dust and the attention to detail was evident. The entire process was efficient yet comprehensive, and they completed the job within the estimated timeframe.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to maintain a clean and welcoming home without the hassle!

SVS serviced my move cleaning. They were very thorough with everything. They even got my walk-in shower cleaner than it was before I moved four years ago. The stove/ oven looked brand new. They also cleaned the carpet it looks great. I highly recommend using SVS for any type cleaning service.

Decent Deep Cleaning with Lingering Issues

I recently hired SVS Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my home, and overall, I was satisfied with their service. However, there were a couple of notable issues that I noticed. I made these issues known to the company and they came back out and did a no charge re-service. All the issues were fixed right away.

Their customer service is top-tier. Their determination to ensure a consistently high-quality cleaning experience for their customers is commendable.
