I brought my vehicle in for just a routine oil change. As this establishment has a 21 point inspection process, they dutifully carried this out. It was a good thing as the inspection identified some additional crucial systems that needed attention (transmission, cooling and braking). They helped resolving these issues and helped explained the importance of maintenance of these important subsystems. Understandably, the time required to complete the required work was a bit longer (which is par for the course as giving my vehicle the proper level of care required a more systematic approach). The staff members attending were very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and down to earth that made this service very pleasant and educational.

The location is also close to home, which is convenient. If you are relatively close to this particular Mobil 1 location at 6869 Canada Way between Ulster and Elwell Streets and are in need for an oil change or fluid management visit, I highly recommend this location for an oil change.

On Sunday, April 27, 2026, I mistakenly took my car to a place other than the one I had previously chosen (Fast Wheels) to have my brakes repaired, since the entrance doors to the shops are right next to each other, and when I used Google Maps, it directed me to this shop (Mobil 1 Lube Express).
I had the brake rotors and pads replaced on all four wheels for approximately $1,344, including taxes.
The problem began after they finished installing the fourth rear wheel on the passenger side. The mechanic said he had to replace my brake caliper because the bolt securing it was stripped. After I asked and insisted on whether the replacement was necessary, he inspected it again, changed his mind, and said it wasn’t the caliper after all, but the thread on the nut attached to the steering knuckle ($1,300 for the new part alone). I had to leave the car there since they couldn’t give me a quote at that time of day—it was almost 2 p.m. On Monday afternoon, I called and they told me the cost of the part and that they had decided on their own to re-thread the nut and that I could come pick up the car. When I picked up the car on Tuesday the 28th at 6 p.m., they told me to check it for a few days in case any noise came up. Today, Wednesday the 29th, I heard a metallic-sounding noise with every turn of the wheels and went back to the shop for an inspection, and it turns out that the parking brake (which, in this case, my car has as a pedal) wasn’t working—something that had been working 100% until Sunday, since I live on streets with hills and never had any trouble parking the car. They tried to adjust them again but couldn’t find a solution, leaving me with a car without a parking brake. It should be noted that the brakes have not failed so far. The only thing is, I don't have a parking brake.

Shortly after returning home from my oil change, I opened the hood to make sure everything looked fine. Instead, I found a complete mess — there was oil splashed around the engine area and coolant spilled as well. This is very concerning and shows a serious lack of care during the service.

Because of this, I now doubt whether the oil level was even set properly. I will have to recheck it again tomorrow morning after the engine has cooled down. This should not be something a customer has to worry about after paying for a professional oil change.

I am especially frustrated because your service is priced at a premium — almost three times the cost of materials — yet the quality of work was extremely poor.

I came here for a transmissions fluid flush and differential fluids. The service was very fast, they were able to take me in immediately and we're done within an hour. They were very professional and honest, letting me know that my transfer case fluid didn't need changing, yet.

I would highly recommend coming here for service and will be back.

This is the first time I have used Mobil 1 Lube Express service. I did an engine oil, transmission oil, and brake fluid change. The guys there are very nice and friendly. They even offer me coffee and drinks when I just park the car in their service spot. Their price seems to be a little cheaper than Mr. Lube. But the best I just is they are very carefully doing all the jobs. Will come back again!

Two days ago, I visited this shop to fix a punctured tire. They patched it, and I paid $45 for the service. The very next day, I noticed the tire was flat again. When I called to raise my concern, they refused to take responsibility.

I went back to the shop, and this time they told me the puncture was at the corner of the tire and not repairable. If that was the case, they should have told me before taking my money and attempting the patch—not after I complained. By patching a tire they knew could not be safely repaired, they put my safety and my family’s safety at risk.

This is not only poor customer service but also highly irresponsible. Safety should come first, not profit. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I went in for a synthetic oil change which was a better price in the area but the communication and attitude the whole time was frustrating and to top it all off, they never told me my car was too low and ended up breaking a line and grinding up the whole entire bottem. They never said sorry or anything and one younger man said “sorry, this hasn’t happened before” and just left. No one else came to say anything to me and they just talked to each other, not one word to me. Overall just a really bad experience

Maan was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They provided a speedy service at a reasonable price. I almost gave four stars because they tried to upsell me on a couple of things that I know were not required. Biggest recommendation going to any quick service places is to go in educated and knowing what you have previously done to your vehicle. I will give them credit that they did not unnecessarily tell me things that needed to be done that I knew didn't, so I appreciated the honesty there.

Giving 4 stars since my air filter was pretty clean but they still wanted to cross sell it.

Great service! Quick and efficient. I didn’t have to wait very long. I was helped by Mann and another gentleman who were very nice and kind. They are very thorough in explaining any issues and throughout their work and do not pressure you into anything.

I had a quick oil change and had a concern about a burning smell at the front of my car. They took the time to check every system (but unfortunately couldn’t find the root problem), but I really appreciate the effort and time to check
