Wow this place has changed a lot but definitely for the better.
I have been coming to Cachet for the past 10 years now and have always been pleased with my doctor and staff. After reading some of these reviews it boggles my mind how some could be so rude and arrogant towards staff. The girls at Cachet are so friendly and very helpful its hard for me to believe some of these reviews. Anyways overall I love my doc and I love ALL staff at Cachet they are a great team. Keep up the good work.

I see Dr. Abba and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. I often arrive, go in, see Dr. Abba and come out and see the same people waiting. Dr. Abba listens well and is very knowledgeable. I think patients need to complain to their Dr. about the long wait. It is not the fault of the receptionists.

The staff and the management team of this clinic is unprofessional, unefficient and rude. I arrived there on time but was told that my appointment was not on their system. Later they found it is their staff made the mistake with the booking. And they claimed it is the problem of their system not their staff. The admin was so cocky and rude. No wonder the staff didn't get trained properly on how to use their booking system! The doctor was fully booked so he couldn't see me. From the beginning to the end, they didn't even say a Sorry. It's like too bad, you cannot make it and you have to come again. I also had experience of waiting 6 weeks to book a specialist appointment. Just for booking! Can you imagine that? Do not go there!

Totally unorganized "family physician" I have ever been to. Waiting time up to 2 hrs to SEE the doctor. Obviously problems with the signs posted all over.. "if rude towards receptionist or secretary, please find another doctor!! If people didn't have to wait so long they would not be impatient AND it is up to the receptionist to advise the patient if there is an extended waiting time! The only Doctor you should see is Dr Mai, the others who have been physicians for over 20 years do not care or listen to the patients needs, here's a prescription, now go away!! They should be ashamed of themselves. Shut them down!

Wouldn't go back there, they don't return calls, appointments always turn into 1.5-3 hours in the waiting room, arrogance at it's best.

A busy place but for the most part you get in to see the doctor close to your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Mai is excellent. Attentive, efficient and quick.
Thge fact that there is a lab next door (Xray, etc,), rehab/physio, and a Shoppers Drug Mart is a huge bonus.
