Worst experience ever had, male technologist treated like a unwanted patient, extremely unprofessional service. Started half hour late. In morning left my whole face and head full of gel and told me to go home like that. Even removed my skin with the tape. Had a Bruce there. I would love to keep my sleep disorder rather than going to this worst clinic for sleeping. No bedroom, they make you sleep in doctors office. Didn't sleep for the whole night. Never seen that terrible service anywhere. Never book appointment in this clinic.

I had to wait for 30 minutes before i could see the doctor. The women working at reception say thats normal. So I beg to ask the question if its normal why schedule patients to come in 30 minutes early.
Parking is not free at this location. Every patient has to pay extra in parking just because the doctor cant be on time or the office cannot schedule their patients properly.

I would like to say my experience was a lot nicer. My bed was ready upon arrival and the electronics used on me worked all night. Thank Goodness. My tech was great and explained the entire procedure from start to finish. Hats off to anyone who has to work nights...Thank you.

It was an experience I will never forget, Turns out by day the place is a regular clinic, I walked into an exam room wondering where the room was that I was going to sleep in, Low and behold the nurse opens a cabinet and a murphy bed appears. The exhaust fan had a bad bearing or something and when I asked to have it turned off since it was just blowing hot air but they didn't know how. The nurse proceeded to bring me a small fan to help keep me cool; that turned out to be just as broken and Loud as the exhaust fan. I was almost asleep around 1 A.M. when the duct tape holding the sensor pack together had come loose and the connector fell out of it so I was interrupted to do a duct tape adjustment! After that I got up and left to come home where I enjoyed a whole 2 hours of sleep before getting up for work. If you ever get referred to the Brampton Sleep Clinic, do yourself a favor ask for a real clinic.
