Before starting this case I specifically asked if the manufacturer would pay for the legal fees and they said yes they will. He stated that it was very, very rare that I would have to pay for it. In the end I had to pay for it out of my settlement. They did not tell me that the manufacture which is FCA would not pay for it. They do push you to sign. 3 of the individual involved with my case emailed and texted me to sign. After calling the state attorney general for some information I found out that this manufactured almost always never goes to trail and doesn’t pay the attorney cost.They know this but they won’t tell you. Had they did I would have not gone any further with them with this case. In one of their SAVE FACE comments on one of the reviews they stated they work with over thousands of cases. So they know the out come to each manufacturer! Which manufacturers will or will not pay for legal fee.These are very dishonest people. I would not do business with them. Stay away! I don’t do reviews but hopefully this helps someone else from a terrible decision. Your already dealing with a lot with your vehicle. Don’t let them add more frustration to your situation!!!

What they won't tell you: their legal fees come out of YOUR settlement amount. They are splitting hairs when they say the manufacturer covers all legal fees. They're legal fees increase exponentially with the increase of the offer the manufacturer makes to you. After one individual made an attempt to get permission for a counter offer I requested more time to think about it, instead of respecting my wishes and waiting to hear back , they then contacted the co signer on my car.
Beyond signatures required to retain servicea the legal department was very clearly informed not to contact that person. They called so incessantly and from a phone number that was listed as potential spam that this person finally went off on them calling them a scammer and to quit calling in some choice words.
After this incident they contacted me and dropped me as a client. I requested to speak with a supervisor regarding the misunderstanding and instead of getting a call back and allowing me to explain , I simply got blocked.
Typical attorneys that split hairs and circumvent the direct truth with a lot of talking. Not up front about your states statue of limitations and grossly misrepresented my potential for restitution. You can't tell me a firm that handles four hundred plus cases a month doesn't know each state's requirement had of you signing a legal agreement.

I was afraid of the losing money and being given the runaround by both the lawyer and Toyota, however neither of those happened. The whole process went easier than I imagined it could. Prestige answered every question I had for the dozen or so times that I communicated with them. They explained every step of the process, verbally and in writing, explained our options, gave us a timeline to follow, and never made false promises. They were always straight with the possibilities of my case. I thought much wouldn't come out of the electrical issue that our car had, which Toyota continuously disregarded it every time we took the car to them. But it ended up working out better than we hoped. I would use Prestige again, although I hope to never have to. If you're not sure about something wonky with your new car, call them and ask, they'll be straight with you... and it won't cost you anything.

Yes most definitely I highly recommend Prestige Legal Solutions! They were able to help me with my Vehicle, which I thought I couldn't do anything but they got me through it and help me settle! They answered my questions and guided me through the process! They always answered my phone calls, and text right away. I got a letter from them regarding my vehicle, I send them all receipts from all the times I took my vehicle to Dealer, so they said my vehicle was a lemon, so I decided I wanted to return my vehicle back to the Dealer, it took maybe 8 months to finally take my vehicle back to the dealer, Dec 8, 2025 was vehicle returned and on Dec 23, 2025, I got the full amount they promise back to my bank acct, I could not believe it, I drove that vehicle for 6 years and still go back the amount I paid them. that is fantastic, you need to be patience, while the lawyers do their work. If you even have the slightest concern about your vehicle, give them a call!

I had a great experience with Prestige Legal Solutions regarding my vehicle's lemon law case. I received their services advertisement in the mail early on and it took me almost a year to reach back to them; I wish I had contacted them sooner. Their service team was very clear on the process and honest with explaining the expectations and possible outcomes. The process took about 4 moths from start to finish, and was handled professionally while keeping me updated on the situation as the case unfolded or progressed. Their communication was outstanding.

Somehow got my name and mailing address and sent me generic letter saying I may be entitled to compensation for "my vehicle" due to lemon law. Not sure how they even got my contact info but I would have much preferred a letter from a law firm enabling to take legal action against business purchasing my data or at least attempting to make it seem like they have.

This company continue to send me flyers in the mail for a vehicle that I had. I spoke with someone named Dawn who took all of my information over the phone to make and model of the vehicle the year all of the Service information where they replaced for transmissions and she said everything looks great i’m going to send you an email with other documents that you need to submit. Today I received a phone call from some random guy who said I don’t qualify. Because I’m part of some class action. I told him I’ve never received anything from the class action and he said did you opt out? I said no I did not because again, I’ve never received anything. He said I need to go on Google and look up my make and model of my vehicle and see if it’s covered under class action. I said I thought you just told me it was. I googled it and it said that class action is over. I have had four transmissions put in one vehicle with 60,000 miles on it. And these people who continue to spam me with their mailers and reach out to me and try to get my attention And have me go get documents from the service department that I had to drive to and present my ID to get now cannot help me. It’s a huge waste of my time and it was completely misleading and I would not recommend these people to anybody after the way I’ve been treated

When i sign the settlement it said it would require GM to send money within 45 days of signing its almost been 90 days and I haven't recieve any settlement money . I tried emails and recorded phone conversations and still unable to get any information of my entitle settlement. I get transferred to everyone but someone who can give me answers instead of telling me they will call me back which hasn't happened yet.

I wish I reviewed this law firm before hiring them. The only reason I didn't was because i received a letter in the mail and dived straight in like an idiot. This law firm exhibits a tremendous lack of professionalism and a dismissive staff. But it doesn't stop there. Their communication skills are just as horrible. The 9 months I had this firm as my attorney, I had only a handful of calls, and most were from me to them begging for updates. I've read reviews from other clients of there's often experience delays in responses and lack of updates on their cases as well. Previous clients have left numerous negative reviews, warning others to avoid their services! Thank God you did because I would've stayed with this firm. I started to question what was taking so long and how aren't there any updates after 9 months. Turns out a case wasn't even filed yet!! I've since then fired this group and found a better one that keeps me updated frequently!

I'm very disappointed and would never recommend them. Please do yourself a favor and find another law firm to represent you. They are terrible at communicating and very dishonest. They claimed that we received a settlement offer for our case and would be able to keep the car plus get proceeds for our damages but when the settlement documents arrived, there was no mention of the title being provided for the car. The settlement amount was significantly lower than what was previously discussed and what would be fair under the law. Of course, the amount provided by the auto manufacturer was fair but after Prestige Legal Solutions took their HUGE fee, the amount left for us was greatly reduced. Their portion of the settlement for their fee was grossly over what would be reasonable and fair.

Do yourself and huge favor and find another law firm to represent you.
