I believed I was hitting jackpot with this office but I was very wrong. I did not get the 5 star experience that was reported in other reviews.

I had 2 appointments for which the doctor was 45 min late to each. No apology or explanation. The first appointment as a new patient the doctor did not introduce herself.

I also experienced a lack of listening comprehension and accurate note taking in my chart. After testing for a deficiency I was told i did not have it and should not take meds for it based on results. The next day I receive a phone call from the doctor stating I had low test results and should take otc meds after I had thoroughly explained in the office that the side effects make me weak and sick. I also had to remind her she told me in the office I was not deficient for the component she was now telling me to take. To which she replied let me write that down so i don't keep reminding you.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but it's literally a tenet of your responsibilities to ensure you review a patient's chart before recommending care.
Do no harm.

The last straw is the second 45 minute late visit where I explained my symptoms asked for specific care and meds. I had insufficient lab testing and an rx for something that did not treat the specific condition i came in for. Their solution was for me to come back in, pay them more money and do testing for the condition i initially asked for.

It's giving incompetent. Not to mentioned the phlebotomist is way too hard on inserting the needle for blood testing. I have never had anyone jam me so hard that i bruised was site for several days and gave me ptsd.

Excellent same day service which is hard to find nowadays. Both my teens had type-b flu and made the same day appointments and got excellent doctors to exam and evaluate both at different dates. Highly recommended to busy parents or any one require immediate treatments.

First time being here and we are very satisfied with the service. The staff and doctors are very efficient. Ashley is superb and extremely gentle with my mom while her shots are being administered. We highly recommend this doctor’s office!

I came to see Dr. Liang, the staff here and everyone is friendly and made me feel good about my appointment and concerns. The wait time was 15 min or so. I was in and out within the hr. It's clean and smells nice. Everyone is patient and they listen to your needs. Clean facility as well.
