When you're $1,000 LG washing machine decides to quit working right before the holiday weekend . . . 🙄😬😜 and then you have to get about 5 days of laundry done in one evening, the thought of going to a laundromat is definitely NOT at the top of neither my wife nor my list!😤

When I think back 20 years ago, going to a laundromat, it was dark and dirty and hot.🥵 This definitely is not the case with SpinXpress Laundry on Mason Road!
It is absolutely Ridiculously Awesome, and Super Clean, with all new, HUGE washing machines, some of them handling up to 100 lbs of laundry in one 22 minute cycle!😉👍👍

Total the amount of all of your loads, including drying, and then you put your credit card in a machine and it creates their own laundry-card, like a pre-loaded credit card. So, No Quarters needed!😁👍👍

If this Best, Bright, Clean laundromat was not already enough of a pleasant experience, and didn't already make this job a little easier, the lady that works there, LENA . . . wow, she pushed it over the edge into a 10-Star rating . . . if I could give it that! Her super friendly, enthusiastic attitude, and great smile, made it a very enjoyable experience. Management needs to keep her! Double her wages!! Seriously she is awesome! It is obvious that she loves helping people!

I've heard it said that for a business to succeed it's about the people (Employees), and the process (Organization/Equipment), which produces the product. If you don't have great people, your product will never make it. Lena MAKES the EXPERIENCE completely enjoyable!😉👍👍

No I do not work there and I'm not an owner, and this is an unsolicited review. Seriously, if you ever need a laundromat, SpinXpress Laundry on Mason Road will be a great experience! (As long as Lena is there to keep everyone smiling and laughing!)

Today- 3/9/26…..my laundry was too much to deal with at home so we came in. The store was super clean and organized! Roxy and Adrian were so amazing today! Top notch customer service! Checking in with us to see what we might need help with, feeding us fresh popped popcorn and informing us about the Spin Xpress pick up and delivery service that I am looking forward to using! Great experience today!

Lena was so helpful and kind. She patiently helped me figure out the best way to care for my clothes. Adrian was available to help with questions that arose. They are both working together so hard to make the laundromat experience great! Honestly, best place to wash your clothes in Kathy when you can’t wash them at home. The facility is clean and bright and the machines are fast and efficient. Thanks Lena, for your kindness❤️

Highly recommend!!
I had a big washable rug so I first walked in to look around and check machine size and availability, and also to see if I needed coins or card. The place was clean and people inside seemed happy. I was promptly greeted by a friendly face offering to pass her machines to me. Turned out this kind person was Roxie the manager. The machine for their laundry card was down but Roxie had a solution. She was helpful and personable from start to finish!

Coming from New York, I know all about laundromats. From the day it opened until now, this is by far one of the best I’ve been to in Houston area. Super clean. Friendly staff. And really chilled atmosphere. I love washing late nights and can always count on Roxie or Lena to lend me a hand with something. I have a washer and dryer at home, but when I have too much to wash, this is where you can find me. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

My first time at SpinExpress on a day before the Big Freeze of Jan-2026 ❄️🥶! I wanted to wash several big blankets in case we lose electricity. The team at Spin Express was ready to help get me started on their 100 lbs machine and with my first-timer's questions (see photo of Adrian, Roxy & Alton). The facility is very clean, the music was cool, and the lights were bright - overall a very friendly and cheery atmosphere 😀. No coins needed here. Alton helped me get a card for $1 and I added $10 bucks at a time. Adrian said they disinfected the machines every 2 hours, which is a nice surprise! Roxy took time to explain to me how I can effectively use the 100 lbs machine vs. the 80 or 60 lbs machines. Overall, a nice experience. The other customers were families and couples and everyone kept to themselves but were polite.

Thanks to the SpinXpress team for a great experience. I plan to come back again.

Today was my third visit and I must admit, I haven't visited a laundry mat in years. New type of machines that I knew nothing about. All three of my visits were pleasant enough to give you more than 5 stars. Kat and Roxy are really on point. They were very polite and helpful every visit. The place was always clean and inviting. Roxy took the time to assist me with with the machines and I truly appreciate her help. Katy is a clothes folding
pro. These ladies are hard workers and I'll look for them every visit.

This is my go to place to wash and dry all of my microfiber towels for my business. The staff is awesome here. The manager Roxy is extremely friendly and always willing to help and make sure you know about all of the services they provide. It is always super clean and great laid back environment to come and get your laundry done. I would highly recommend SpinXpress.

Roxy, Adrian and Dom….. were so kind and helpful. This is a fun place and everyone is very nice. I had never been to a laundromat before. Dom was very helpful and showed me how to do everything. I had to use a big machine for a very large Duvet. I was dreading having to do this but not that bad at all.

SpinXpress is exceptional! I was helped by a young man named Dominic during my time washing my clothes. The facility is clean and there are so many washers with lots of capacity to wash really big loads. I plan on coming here even after my washer and dryer are back in my home so that I can at least do large comforters. Fantastic establishment!

First off this place is great! It’s clean it smells good and there’s plenty of stuff to do while you take care of your laundry. They have everything you need from detergent to softener to bounce sheets just incase you forget, like I always do. Ask for ms Jelly! She accompanied us with great care and she’s so nice and sweet and obviously likes to help people! She’s great at what she does. Ask for her!

I've been coming to SpinXpress Laundry for the past year and so far I've experienced good things. I like the convenience of 24 hour service since I come here early in the morning do to work. The staff here has been helpful every time I wash clothes. Roxy is very cheerful and helpful, even so early in the morning. I like how there's always soap in the restroom to wash off your hands after you touch detergent. It is so convenient to load the card especially since they accept credit card. They're vending machines, Tv's, chairs, and even detergent that you can buy. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone that has a busy life during the day to come here and wash your clothes early in the morning or late at night.

I googled washing full service and found spin express. I had a wonderful encounter with Roxy and Angelica. Their knowledge of laundry is excellent. I will definitely be coming back due to these two fine young ladies.

24 hours open !! Till now, it's the best laundry place i have been to. It's clean and easy and the sitting arrangement is great with magazines and books to read. The rates are actually less or equal to other places i have been to. They have coin and card system.

This is about my sixth time coming to wash my clothes here. Dominique is awesome!!! The place is always spotless when he’s working. He also checks to see if anyone needs help using the machines. I find him to be friendly, professional, and cares about the cleanliness of the place. In fact, I thought he was the owner with as much care as he puts. All of the other workers are very friendly and kind, but sometimes the place is not as clean. I will say the last three times I’ve come the bathrooms have not been working. All in all, I’m really glad I found this place to do my laundry.

I love this place
Only thing is the bathrooms have been out for a long time and that’s super inconvenient.
Every time I come here Hanna is super sweet and friendly, she always gives me fresh popcorn and checks on me periodically , she always makes it a comforting experience! They have cool seating and carts to carry my laundry which is a plus. 👍

It was our first time in the Katy area, and we were in need of a place to wash our clothes. After conducting a Google search, we found several laundromats in close proximity, but SpinXpress stood out to us as an intriguing option.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that the machines were exceptionally clean, readily available, and reasonably priced. The cost per load ranged from $1 to $1.25, depending on the size of the machine. As for the dryers, they started at $1.50, although I do not recall the exact starting time.

We were particularly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by a gentleman named Dominique. He went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrating remarkable helpfulness and genuine care for our needs. In a time when many individuals rely on laundromat services, Dominique's polite and resourceful demeanor was truly commendable.

Disclaimer: I didn't want to take a picture of the entire area, since it was after a hurricane swept through the area.
