JD did a great job replacing two-garage door springs by making needed adjustments to the door rails to make for a smooth door both easy-to-open and close, if not using the automatic opener. The previous springs and rail assembly were not not adjusted correctly and rather than slap new springs on and call the job complete, JD leveled the rails and adjusted the new springs.

Recently had new springs replaced and general consultation on my garage door. JD arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly evaluated the overall operation of the garage door, explained available options to consider and answered all my questions. He replaced the broken spring and ensured the garage door was functioning efficiently. Very satisfied with the service JD provided.

Spring broke over the weekend- both cars out so was able to wait till Monday - service call in at 8am (I was already on the service list) - tech out at noon- fixed and tuned in 30 mins BOOM DONE - also did a quick inspection of my second door and did some tweaking to extend life of door. Chad did an awesome job! Thanx

David Skaggs did an excellent job diagnosing the issues with my garage door. He identified the broken springs and recommended replacing both of them to ensure proper function and reliability.
My personal experience with David was exceptional. He is a great representative of the Overhead Door Company and demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and impressive manners throughout the service.
Thank you for your outstanding work/ e seun!

Our spring broke on our main garage door around 2:30 pm. I called Overhead Door at 3:06, they weren’t able to come out today without an overtime charge (a very reasonable charge) and I opted to pay that. It’s 4:50 pm and it’s already completely replaced. Great experience, incredible service and Dave Moore who did the work was great. Overhead has done work for me a couple times before and it’s a quick and great experience every time.
