I want to take a moment to recognize my recruiter Gio, for truly listening and showing up for me. The first position I was placed in wasn’t the right fit, and I was completely honest and transparent about how things were going. The very day I shared that with him, he immediately got to work to find a better opportunity for me.
By the end of that same day, he had already scheduled another interview for the next morning. Not only did I interview, but I was offered the position within about 15 minutes of finishing. That alone speaks volumes.
What stood out the most was how intentional he was ..he listened to me, understood my strengths, and placed me exactly where I needed to be. This wasn’t just a job placement it felt like alignment. Truly a blessing, and I’m incredibly grateful for his care through out the process .
