The receptionists are rude, dismissive, and by and far the worst I have ever had to deal with in any sort of customer service. I do not know how they are hired by they should be replaced by workers who actually know how to deal with patients. The doctor’s in the office are great, but it is a shame that there receptionists are a joke.
