I went through the drive through at this location and when they asked for a name I told them Nick. As I made my way through, the employees kept calling me “Nicker”. At first I thought it was just a dumb mistake but by the third or fourth time it made me mad. When I got the food, I found “Nicker” printed out all over the order. It was on the bag, on the two drinks and on the two sandwiches. I found it extremely unprofessional and very childish. The people taking orders should not be playing any pranks with any one’s name, not just mine. Customers are complete strangers. They don’t know me or what kind of person I am or what my history is. It really ruined the whole experience, and it revealed what kind of people they truly are.

Melissa the manager encouraged us to take our time finishing our meal even though it was closing time. Mareth helped our children get toys for their kids meals that were accidentally left out. They gave us a free frosted lemonade. Everyone was awesome. We will be coming back!

One of the cleanest chick-fil-a’s I’ve been too and this was my second Chick-fil-A stop today! First one was Richland WA. Merith (not sure I spelled that right, shes from soutg africa) was a blessing to talk to. She was interested in my prosthetic leg and the 90 clinics in 90 days mission I’m on to help more amputees across the nation get the care they deserve. It’s these types of interaction that we all need more of. Love love love this chick-fil-a and will definitely stop next time I’m passing through.

I was very disappointed at this Chick-fil-A location, to start with the food, the mac & cheese was very dry, and there was very little pickles on my sandwich, and the fries were crispy of fryer oil. the time of service, and the lack of customer service brought this review down quite a bit. this is about the third time. I have tried this location since it has opened up, out of all of those times it was not busy in the drive-through or lobby, however, it still took over 30 minutes to get my order placed and to get it given to me. I understand employees may still be getting trained, however, at this point, the speed of service should be a bit faster. The customer service skills lacked very much, everyone seemed tired and exhausted, and all acted like they hated their jobs. If you are craving Chick-fil—a, I would recommend going to the other location on Eagle Road rather than this one, because that location their service is excellent, and their speed is on top of it. I do not think I will be coming to this location in the future.
