Lawrence was super helpful during my full service oil change and air filter replacement. He even allowed my son and I to wait inside in the air conditioner because it was so hot. It was not a long wait and was a great price. Will definitely be back.

I had an outstanding experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers! From the moment I arrived, Charles and the entire team were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made my oil change quick and hassle-free while keeping me informed every step of the way.

What really stood out was their communication. They thoroughly explained the current condition of my vehicle, pointed out any issues that needed attention, and walked me through the upcoming maintenance I should plan for without any pressure. They also provided me with a great estimate for future services, which I really appreciated because it helps me plan ahead.

The level of customer service was exceptional. Charles and everyone who assisted him made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything about my vehicle. It’s not often you find a team that’s this knowledgeable, honest, and personable.

I will absolutely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. If you’re looking for a shop with excellent customer service, honest communication, and a team that truly takes care of their customers, I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Thank you to Charles and the entire crew for such a great experience!

I saw that this place had a solid five star review and I wanted to check it out. ( I have very rarely seen any Oil change or automotive place that had a solid five star ) My dealership kept trying to overcharge me for things I did not need and I no longer felt comfortable going there. So I went to Express oil change in Spanish Fort which was 32 miles away from my house. It was a wonderful experience. They were courteous fast and very informative. I will definitely be back . They did not try to charge me for things I did not need and for that. I truly appreciate it. . I want to give a shout out to Sam and Gary, thank you for taking such good care of me and my vehicle.

Wonder staff that are always willing to help. The greatest part of this team is that they are transparent through the entire process. You can tell that they enjoy their job. They treat each customer with respect and do not prioritize individual customers.
I go through a fleet program and have never had a problem with the service that they offer.
If I could give over 5 stars, I would!

Super fast line - was in and out in about 20 minutes! Becky was super sweet and friendly and gave me some good advice for next time. Clayton was really quick at getting things ready under the floor. These guys definitely earn their good rep!
