We can’t recommend Katie from Spruce Grove Remax Preferred Choice enough as our realtor! We were hoping to move from the West Coast of BC to Alberta, and we weren’t sure who to reach out to. She had a great website with reviews, and her smile really drew us in. From the moment we met, we felt like we had found the right person. She made us feel comfortable, welcoming and confident that she knew exactly what we were looking for in our new home. She kept us in the loop about all the new possibilities. She did virtual tours of all the places we wanted to see, being honest and respectful since we couldn’t visit them in person. That can be a bit nerve-wracking. Since our grown children lived in the area, she offered to include them in the viewings we were interested in before we put in the three different offers. Six months later, we found our new home!
After a month of receiving our keys, she called to see how we were enjoying our new place.

If you need a Realtor and you want them to be knowledgeable, honest, involved and a great communicator then Katie should be your choice. My house just sold in record time and above my expectations. In addition, she recently represented my son with the purchase of his first home. With her guidance and insight he was able to find an amazing home, within budget, so that he is now set up to succeed on this next chapter of his life. Katie is our realtor and is amazing. She helped sell our house and purchase our new home. The pictures, video and listing were unbelievably professional. Her strategy to sell was as effective as her listing presentation. She helped sell our home in less than 1 day well over asking. Katie also helped us find our new home. She worked with us to answer all of our questions and gave us tremendous guidance to help us find the perfect fit.
