Sara Rhymer is a phenomenal owner/operator with an incredible background as an athlete and dedication to fitness and her community. The gym is clean, expansive without being overwhelming and staffed by knowledgeable and approachable professionals. I highly recommend!

I've had a great experience at AF in Decatur! I was really hesitant to join because honestly I was never a fan of going to gyms in the past. When I walked into this AF, I immediately noticed how unbelievably clean (the cleanest gym I've ever been to) and bright it was- a welcome sight during our grey winter! Brittney has been so kind and encouraging to me, texting to check in here and there, and even texting me after illness hit our home to say she was glad to see our family back! Acts of kindness like that set this location apart from others, and have been so appreciated. Highly recommend Decatur AF! 👏

I’ve been attending training classes here for about 3 months and absolutely love it. The trainers are supportive, motivating, and great at keeping me accountable. They truly help push you while making workouts enjoyable. Highly recommend!
