We took our dog for the first time to Kennel Club (July 2026)and he had a blast. Their level of service and care is notable right out of the gate. Signing our dog up was easy and comprehensive. We asked for and received a few update emails during the dog's stay and were provided with a personal note (email) and a couple of great "action shots" of our dog out with the rest of the pack enjoying himself. The staff are truly concerned about your dog's well being and it is obvious they love the animals. The facility was as described, clean and well looked after. We've already got our dog booked for 2 additional stays.

Patrick and Chandra are true dog lovers. They have a great relationship with all the dogs, and have amassed an equally dedicated staff. They have even helped me with some behavioural problems. This is my second dog that now attends the Kennel Club. He can’t wait to get out of the car in the morning and comes home thoroughly happy (and exhausted!). Only place I trust.

Great place for your pup! We enjoy bringing our pup here to play! 😊 From the moment we dropped off our pup we felt welcome and comfortable. Property is very clean and nice layout for the dogs.

I’m from Toronto and had to come to Ottawa for a week of out-of-town work. It’s just me and my dog, so he travels with me everywhere. Finding boarding in a new city was stressful, but KENNEL CLUB BOARDING was absolutely incredible.
The staff treated my dog like their own from the moment we walked in. They always created me with pictures of his day and made sure he got plenty of playtime. When I picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for — not anxious at all.
The facility is immaculate, the team is warm and professional, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. As someone who hates leaving my dog, I had total peace of mind all week.

This kennel is the best. My very high energy puppy goes regularly to daycare and comes home exhausted. I recently used their boarding services and would highly recommend using Kennel Club Boarding. It was the first time for me but not for my dog. I was impressed by how relaxed she was. There is clearly a routine that suits the dogs and individual attention given to each one.. The team greeted us, took time to be familiar with her mood and health and on our exit, I was given a brief update on how her day went.
I took her for the day to reassure her of my return when she goes to board in near future. I’m confident she will feel secure and thrive whine I’m away

Kennel Club Boarding is my go to for both my dogs. They always have a great time with friends, and I love getting email updates to see how my boys are doing. I haven't ever been disappointed with the services provided KCB and I'll be sad once I move and have to find a new boarding. All in all, KCB is well deserving of 5 stars and so much more! If you are debating bringing your pet, don't!

I definitely recommend the Kennel Club Boarding! I took my 5 month old puppy for the first time and she just loved it. Patrick and Chandra were kind and knowledgeable. My puppy came home happy and calm. I will definitely be bringing her back. And it’s so good to know that if I go away, I can bring her here, too.

My three year old mini Goldendoodle has been going to Kennel Club daycare for 2.5 years now. I’ve always been confident that her days there have been good ones and that she is well cared for. Chandra and Patrick, in addition to having a wealth of experience with dogs, are simple devoted to them. They are always looking for better ways to improve the experience for your dog. They are very conscious and considerate of weather conditions and adjust the indoor/outdoor time as needed. The Kennel Club staff are pleasant and very good with the dogs. It’s easy to book daycare days online, the drop off and pick up times are very reasonable and the cost is very fair. I highly recommend this daycare!

First time using this kennel and the experience was very positive. Our dog Luna is shy and doesn't play well with most dogs, so the kennel employees played with her. Looks like Luna had a good time . Thanks to Shaundra and Quinn for looking after Luna.
