Tried to take my 6 year old to the restroom, but to my immense surprise, they don't have public restrooms. I've been to hundreds of gas stations in many different states and I've literally never been to a gas station without public restrooms. Insane.

I stopped at this location because the CHEAPER gas stations in Missouri won't let you use the bathroom. I thought being a brand name that they would have a public bathroom. They do not let you use the bathroom. If there is no service use the cheaper stations in Missouri. If they have bad service at least go for price.

I have been driving this road regularly for several years and have always got gas and used the restroom. The cashier told me the restrooms are for employees only. I was here 5/4. At 3pm. If I would of known I would not of got my fuel or snacks. Very disappointed. Cashier didn't have a name tag and very rude!!

This is the second time I have been at this Shell station. Both times they have lied and said the bathroom doesn’t work. The first time, I purchased fuel first and then went to use the restroom. This time, as I approached the gas station, I thought, wait, I’m going to see if they let me use the restroom first! Both times there was no one at the register. This time there was a bathroom key on the counter. As I was walking into the bathroom a rude lady came from the back and said the bathroom doesn’t work. I will never be back to this low class place again!
