I will never stop here again- bathrooms closed even though they serve food and the washer brush in pieces. I will choose a working gas station for my pit stops because there are plenty of others to choose from off the highway.

This gas station has become a very clean and maintained location. This gas station is a dump. The only Shell station around, we use Shell gas. The area around the pumps is messy most of the time. Snow and slush and puddles, garbage on the ground, garbage container full. MAINTENANCE AROUND PUMPS IS NON EXISTENT. If I can get gas out of town I will wait. I don’t do many reviews but this place is a dump.

Very disappointed with this Shell convenience store. The lady at the counter has a lot of attitude and was extremely rude. She refused to let me use the washroom unless I bought something first. She could be polite and treat customers with some respect. Terrible customer service — won’t be coming back here again.

I stopped at this gas station recently and was very disappointed with the service. I asked the cashier(She definitely has an attitude issues)if I could use the washroom, but was told that I have to buy something to use their washroom . and it felt quite unwelcoming—especially since many gas stations offer basic facilities like restrooms. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the management considers improving customer service in the future.

Cashier today @1:40 pm demanded I buy something to use the washroom.

What kind of gas station doesn’t let drivers use the bathroom, especially one so close to a major highway?? I was going to buy something anyways, but her attitude with me made me want to turn around. Would you rather someone urinates on your front steps?

It’s actually not legal to charge people to use your bathroom. If you don’t want it publicly accessible, then close it. You can’t make people buy stuff as an ultimatum.

Then she got in an argument with another customer who accused her of being rude. And he’s right! What a joke
