Good fuel and good service, and the restrooms are always clean.

I fueled my vehicle at this station on May 3, 2026, around 7:10–7:20 AM. A CAD 150 pre-authorization hold was placed on my credit card at the time of purchase, and more than one month later, the hold still has not been released.

What is even more concerning is that the normal process has not been completed. Typically, the pre-authorization hold should be removed and replaced by the actual fuel purchase amount. However, the CAD 150 hold remains unresolved, and the final fuel charge has not been properly processed.

Despite waiting for more than a month, I have received no explanation, no notification, and no assistance regarding this issue.

For international travelers, this is a serious problem because it unnecessarily ties up available credit and creates uncertainty about whether the transaction was processed correctly.

I am currently seeking assistance from both Shell and my credit card company. I strongly urge this station and Shell Canada to investigate this transaction immediately and resolve the outstanding pre-authorization issue without further delay.

Customers should carefully monitor their credit card statements after fueling at this location.

I received excellent service from Louis-Alex! He was very welcoming and friendly, making my visit to this station very pleasant! Plus, I get a 3-cent-per-litre discount thanks to my CAA card, not to mention the discounts from IGA... life is good, isn't it? lol

I used to fill up my gas at this station, use the car wash, and even sometimes pick things up at the convenience store, but since they hired the new cashier, Jessica, the service isn't the same, and I switched to the Irving gas station across the street.

Seriously. I walk into the station. The cashier, Jessica (according to her name tag), is behind the register talking on her phone and sharing her life story. When she's not doing that, she's chatting with her friends at the register instead of serving us.

What's more, she has a really cold attitude around female customers. Like she has to prove she's the best in front of her friends who are there. But when it's a guy, it's a different story. My boyfriend went there, and she hit on him hard.

There are always mistakes on the receipt. At one point, she even forgot to fill my gas tank. I had to tell her I'd already filled up.

When she's working, the shelves are empty. I had just washed my car, and when I went to throw away some trash from inside, all the outside garbage cans were overflowing.

It's a shame to say this, because as long as she's the cashier, I won't recommend this place to anyone.

The service used to be pleasant, friendly, and welcoming, but that's no longer the case.

What a pity.
