had an extremely disappointing experience at this Shell location around 12:40 AM on Monday.

I stopped for diesel, but pump #7 was clearly malfunctioning — it kept shutting off every few seconds, and I was only able to pump about $15–$16. I went inside to calmly ask the cashier if she was aware of the issue or if the station was running low on diesel. Instead of offering any assistance, she incorrectly told me they don’t sell diesel at all — despite the fact that I had just used that exact pump. When I tried to clarify, she simply said she had no answer and showed no interest in helping.

At that point, it was clear there was no intention to provide even basic customer service.

Before leaving, I asked to use the restroom. An employee cleaning the floor refused immediately, in a very rude and dismissive way. What made the situation even more concerning was that he was smoking inside the restroom while working.

I politely explained that I had just made a purchase and simply needed to use the restroom. He insisted I had to “prove” I bought something, and even after I explained, he still refused. When I asked for a reason, he said the floor was wet. I told him I was willing to wait, but he continued to deny access and told me to leave.

To make matters worse, he then called the cashier, got the restroom key, and locked the door specifically to prevent me from using it.

I also asked both employees for their names, since neither of them was wearing a name tag. They refused to provide their names. It’s worth noting that they were the only two people working at that time, so it should be very easy for management or the company to identify exactly who was involved.

This was not just poor service — it was unnecessarily disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Both employees showed a complete lack of basic customer care, communication, and respect.

I came here as a paying customer and left feeling dismissed and mistreated. Experiences like this reflect very poorly on management and operational standards at this location.

I will not be returning.

The night employee is rude threatening the customers and will steal your money he has stolen $60.00 from me I paid at the pump and when I went in side and requested a receipt he recharged me the 60 dollars and said he can't refund my money after told him I had already paid at the pump I just needed a receipt .And there is no numbers to get a hold of a manager. It would help if the staff new directors in stead of ignoring the question, Nashville and Goodlettsville is growing and it's always good to know your direction especially if people from other states come here, be mindful that your an example of leadership and not knowing everything anything, Your a prime example of observing and watching your surroundings, People ask tricky questions but knowing directions and surroundings will not only help you but save you, This person wanted to know where interest 64 south! That helps!! Stay focused and off your phones watch who comes in and out of your store!!! Holidays are coming up

Associate working on 13oct2025 around 630 was the most polite person. I pulled up to the wrong pump and he made sure I was all set. Wanted to thank him for going above and beyond.

Absolutely two of the worst employees and location I have had the displeasure of interacting with. Fire both of them, sorry you have to do the job you were hired for. “This job pisses me off” is not something you should be saying for a simple question.
