Very disappointed with Adidas Canada customer service.

I placed an order for shoes that were 50% off and received an order confirmation. I waited almost one month expecting to receive my purchase, but after all that time Adidas informed me that they would issue a refund instead. I never requested a cancellation or refund.

The item was still available, but customer service only offered a 30% discount, which did not match the original price I paid. I was simply asking Adidas to honour the original purchase price since the issue was caused on their side.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but leaving a customer waiting for a month and then offering no fair solution is very disappointing. I hope Adidas improves its communication and order management process.

Ayda provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, professional, and made my shopping experience great. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return to this Adidas store because of her. Thank you, Ayda

Nice collection and a really nice store overall. Loved the FIFA-themed decor and setup, it gave the place a cool vibe. The only downside was that there seemed to be just one cashier on the upper level, which slowed things down a bit. I also noticed a few employees kind of floating around instead of actively helping customers, and some seemed a little lost at times.

Still a good experience overall with a great selection, but there is definitely room to improve customer service flow and staff engagement.

Incredibly helpful and patient staff! Harp was able to help find the correct items I needed, and kept going to the back to search for the proper sized Adidas Tang jacket I needed. Naga was fantastic, he was very kind and understanding in my situation when trying to help me with a return/ sizing issue. Awesome shop with an awesome selection of items! Will visit when I am back visiting Vancouver!

I don’t go very often, but this is the closest Adidas store to me, so whenever I want something, this is the place I go.

Today I stopped by during my lunch break to grab the Asian Adidas jacket. As soon as I walked in, we were greeted and the workers were very helpful.

I also love that the space doesn’t feel cramped, and the whole process was quick and easy.
